ABSTRAK
Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) merupakan indikator yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan petani dan dinyatakan dalam bentuk persentase. NTP memiliki manfaat dalam menilai kemampuan pertukaran produk yang dijual oleh petani dengan produk yang dibutuhkan dalam produksi dan konsumsi rumah tangga petani. Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi metode Fuzzy Time Series Cheng dalam mengestimasi Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) Provinsi Aceh. Metode Fuzzy Time Serises Cheng tidak membutuhkan sistem yang rumit sehingga mudah untuk dikembangkan serta proses dalam estimasi tidak dalam bentuk real, tetapi disajikan dalam nilai linguistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan data bulanan NTP Provinsi Aceh dari Januari 2018 sampai dengan Desember 2023. Data tersebut diambil secara online melalui situs resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Aceh. Tingkat keakuratan peramalan diukur dengan menggunakan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh nilai peramalan dan peramalan adaptif pada berturut-turut, yaitu 116,86 dan 116,39. Adapun nilai MAPE peramalan sebesar 0,78% dan nilai MAPE peramalan adaptif sebesar 0,51%. Maka, tingkat akurasi mencapai 99,22% untuk nilai peramalan dan 99,49% untuk peramalan adaptif. Oleh karena itu, hasil peramalan dan adaptif dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Time Series Cheng dalam mengestimasi NTP Provinsi Aceh memenuhi kriteria hasil peramalan yang sangat akurat.

ABSTRACT The Farmers' Exchange Rate (NTP) is an indicator that can be used to measure the welfare level of farmers and is expressed as a percentage. NTP is beneficial in assessing the exchangeability of products sold by farmers for the products needed in the production and consumption of farmers' households. This study discusses the implementation of Cheng's Fuzzy Time Series method in estimating the Farmers' Exchange Rate (NTP) of Aceh Province. Cheng's Fuzzy Time Series method does not require a complicated system, making it easy to develop, and the estimation process is not in real numbers but presented in linguistic values. This study uses monthly NTP data of Aceh Province from January 2018 to December 2023. The data was obtained online through the official website of the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Aceh Province. The accuracy level of the forecasting is measured using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The results of this study obtained forecasting values and adaptive forecasting values, respectively, of 116,86 and 116,39. The forecast MAPE value is 0,78%, and the adaptive forecast MAPE value is 0,51%. Thus, the accuracy level reaches 99,22% for the forecast value and 99,49% for the adaptive forecast. Therefore, the forecasting and adaptation results using the Fuzzy Time Series Cheng method in estimating the NTP of Aceh Province meet the criteria for highly accurate forecasting results.
