Proses pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru mengakibatkan siswa menjadi sangat pasif pada saat proses berlangsung. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang masih bersifat sederhana dan monoton. Penerapan metode edutainment dalam proses pembelajaran akan membantu pembelajaran menjadi begitu menyenangkan. Pentingnya metode ini untuk meningkatkan dan menunjang siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaaran seefisien mungkin agar tercapai apa yang diinginkan. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh penerapan metode pembelajaran edutainment terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas X SMA Babul Maghfirah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode pembelajaran edutainment terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas X SMA Babul Maghfirah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan desain quasi experimental melibatkan dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas konvensional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Babul Maghfirah yang berjumlah 124 siswa dengan pengambilan sampel dua kelas (kelas eksperimen dan kelas konvensional) melalui teknik purposive sampling dari 4 kelas yang tersedia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas X-C sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X-B sebagai kelas konvensional. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat dikemukakan bahwa hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung = 2,12 dan ttabel = 2,02 yang berarti Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan metode pembelajaran edutainment terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas X SMA Babul Maghfirah.

This is influenced by the use of learning methods that are still simple and monotonous. Applying edutainment methods in the learning process will help make learning more enjoyable. The importance of this method is to improve and support students in learning activities as efficiently as possible in order to achieve what they want. The formulation of the research problem is whether there is an influence of the application of edutainment learning methods on the geography learning outcomes of class X students at Babul Maghfirah High School. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using edutainment learning methods on the geography learning outcomes of class X students at Babul Maghfirah High School. The type of research used is experimental research with a quasi-experimental design involving two classes, namely the experimental class and the conventional class. The population in this study were all class The samples in this research were class X-C as the experimental class and class X-B as the conventional class. Data collection in this research used tests. Then analyzed using the ANOVA test, normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be stated that the results of the hypothesis test obtained a value of tcount = 2.12 and ttable = 2.02, which means Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the application of edutainment learning methods on the geography learning outcomes of class X students at Babul Maghfirah High School.
