Peraturan Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, Dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 Tahun 2017 Tentang Pengembangan Dan Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna dalam Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Alam Desa, Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Gampong Aceh mengadakan program pos pelayanan teknologi (Posyantek). Posyantek merupakan lembaga masyarakat di desa yang menyediakan layanan teknis, informasi, dan orientasi tentang berbagai jenis teknologi tepat guna. Namun berdasarkan pengamatan, ditemukan banyaknya Gampong di Provinsi Aceh yang belum membentuk lembaga Pos Pelayanan Teknologi ini,belum mengetahui apa maksud dan tugas dari lembaga Pos Pelayanan Teknologi, Teknologi Tepat Guna dinilai bukan hal yang wajib untuk dibentuk dan diterapkan digampong. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pembentukan Pos Pelayanan Teknologi di Desa / Gampong Lueng Ie, serta kendala yang didapatkan pada pembentukan Pos Pelayanan Teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskripsif kualitatif dengan Teori Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Emil Salim serta Indikator Sustainable Development. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Gampong Lueng Ie, Pos Pelayanan Teknologi yang dibentuk sudah melakukan tugas dan kegiatannya akan tetapi belum dilaksanakan secara optimal, belum ada pengurus tetap untuk lembaga Posyantek Gampong, belum rutin melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terkait apa itu lembaga Pos Pelayanan Teknologi dan apa itu Teknologi Tepat guna. Terbentuknya Posyantek di Gampong Lueng Ie, adanya alat teknologi tepat guna di Gampong tersebut dapat membantu masyarakat dalam pembangunan perekonomian, namun Posyantek di Gampong Lueng Ie juga memiliki hambatan dan tantangannya yaitu keterbatasan Sumber daya Manusia dan Anggaran yang dialokasikan, mengakibatkan rendahnya partisipasi dari masyarakat sehingga belum mengetahui apa itu Pos Pelayanan Teknologi, Adapun saran yang dapat penulis berikan ialah, Posyantek yang terbetuk di Gampong Lueng Ie dapat melakukan tugas secara rutin, memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat, agar penerapan Posyantek di Gampong Lueng Ie berjalan optimal, dapat melakukan tinjauan ulang sejauh mana program ini berjalan dan berkomitmen kepada Masyarakat Gampong bahwa Pos Pelayanan Teknologi melalui Teknologi Tepat guna dapat mendorong perekonomian dan peningkatan inovasi di Gampong Lueng Ie

Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2017 on the Development and Application of Appropriate Technology in the Management of Village Natural Resources, the Aceh Community and Village Empowerment Office implemented a technology service center program (Posyantek). Posyantek is a community institution in the village that provides technical services, information, and orientation on various types of appropriate technology. However, based on observations, it was found that many villages (Gampong) in Aceh Province have not yet established this Technology Service Center, are not aware of the purpose and tasks of the Technology Service Center, and do not consider Appropriate Technology to be mandatory for formation and implementation in the village. The purpose of this research is to understand how the Technology Service Center is formed in Lueng Ie Village/Gampong, and the obstacles encountered during its establishment. The research employs Emil Salim's Sustainable Development Theory and the Sustainable Development Goals Indicators. The research method used is qualitative, with a purposive sampling approach. The research results show that in Gampong Lueng Ie, the Technology Service Center that was formed has started performing its duties and activities, but they have not been carried out optimally. There is no permanent management for the Posyantek Gampong institution, and there has been no regular dissemination of information to the community regarding what the Technology Service Center is and what Appropriate Technology entails. The establishment of Posyantek in Gampong Lueng Ie, along with the presence of appropriate technology tools in the village, can help the community in economic development. However, Posyantek in Gampong Lueng Ie also faces challenges such as limited human resources and allocated budget, leading to low community participation and lack of awareness about the Technology Service Center. The suggestions offered by the author include that Posyantek in Gampong Lueng Ie should perform its duties regularly, provide information to the community to ensure the optimal implementation of Posyantek, conduct reviews on the progress of this program, and commit to the Gampong community that the Technology Service Center through Appropriate Technology can drive economic development and innovation in Gampong Lueng Ie.
