Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana team psychological safety dapat mempengaruhi team performance yang dimediasi oleh learning orientation dan bagaimana psychological empowerment dapat memperkuat pengaruh learning orientation terhadap team performance pegawai di Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel yang dijadikan responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 231 responden yang tergabung di dalam 19 unit kerja di Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Aceh. Metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS versi 22.00. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa team psychological safety dan learning orientaion berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap team performance. Selanjutnya learning oreintation mampu memediasi pengaruh team psychological safety terhadap team performance. Terakhir, psychological empowerment terbukti memoderasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh learning oreintation terhadap team performance pegawai di Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Aceh.

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF TEAM PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY ON LEARNING ORIENTATION IN ENHANCING TEAM PERFORMANCE MODERATED BY EMPLOYEE PSYCHOLOGICAL EMPOWERMENT AT POLTEKKES ACEH By: FITRIANI SN: 2201202010027 Advisor 1 : Prof. Dr. Jasman J , S.E, MBA. Advisor 2 : Dr. Sulaiman, SE., MM The following study investigates the influence of team psychological safety on team performance, with learning orientation as a mediator, and how psychological empowerment amplifies the impact of learning orientation on employee team performance at the Aceh Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health (Poltekkes Aceh). To conduct the study, a survey method was used, and questionnaires were distributed to 231 respondents who are members of 19 work units at the Poltekkes Aceh. The sampling technique employed was stratified random sampling. The analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software and Sobel calculator. The results show that team psychological safety has a significant and positive direct influence on learning orientation and team performance, and learning orientation also has a significant and positive direct influence on team performance. Furthermore, learning orientation serves as a mediator for the impact of team psychological safety on team performance, and psychological empowerment positively and significantly moderates the impact of learning orientation on employee team performance at the Poltekkes Aceh.
