Work engagement menjadi penentu dari pencapaian visi dan misi yang diberikan instansi kepada prajurit TNI. Dengan work engagement yang tinggi pada prajurit TNI maka mereka akan bekerja dengan segenap jiwa dan raganya serta bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaannya sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan yang diberikan oleh instansinya dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan work engagement pada prajurit TNI-AD di KODIM “X”. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif jenis korelasi, sebanyak 233 orang prajurit TNI-AD di KODIM “X” terlibat sebagai sampel penelitian dan mengisi alat ukur penelitian yaitu Survey of Perceived organizational support (SPOS) oleh Eisenberger et al (2019) dan alat ukur Ultrecth Work engagement Scale – 9 (UWES-9) Kristiana et al (2018). Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Spearman Correlation dengan nilai signifikansi (p)= 0.001 dan (r)= 0.675. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara perceived organizational support dengan work engagement pada prajurit TNI-AD di KODIM “X”.

Work engagement determines the achievement of the vision and mission given by the agency to TNI soldiers. With high work engagement among TNI soldiers, they will work with all their soul and body and be responsible for their work so that they can achieve the goals given by their agency well. This research aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and work engagement among TNI-AD soldiers at KODIM "X". This research was conducted using a correlation type quantitative method, as many as 233 TNI-AD soldiers at KODIM "X" were involved as research samples and filled in research measuring instruments, namely the Survey of Perceived organizational support (SPOS) by Eisenberger et al (2019) and the Ultrecth measuring instrument Work engagement Scale – 9 (UWES-9) Kristiana et al (2018). The results of data analysis in this study used the Spearman Correlation technique with significance values (p) = 0.001 and (r) = 0.675. This shows that there is a positive relationship between perceived organizational support and work engagement among TNI-AD soldiers at KODIM "X".
