PT Quantus Contractor and Management Services merupakan sebuah perusahaan kontraktor dan manajemen servis yang kini tengah melaksanakan sebuah proyek penambangan batubara di PT XYZ site Meulaboh, Aceh Barat yang masih berada dalam tahap development. Oleh karena itu, PT XYZ memerlukan sebuah perencanaan dan penjadwalan produksi tambang guna mempermudah tahapan produksi cadangan pada endapan guna memenuhi target produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membuat perencanaan dan penjadwalan produksi tahun pertama di penambangan batubara selama 1 tahun bagi perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penggunaan excel scheduling pada Schedule Plan Operation (SPO) serta software Ventyx Minescape v5.7 dan metode Block-Strip pada penjadwalan produksi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data Schedule Plan Operation (SPO), diperoleh total waktu stand by sebesar 3440,2 jam, total waktu perbaikan (repair) sebesar 820,8 jam, dan total waktu kerja efektif pada tahun 2023 ialah sebesar 3947 jam. Adapun jumlah alat gali muat yang dibutuhkan pada kegiatan pengupasan overburden ialah 1 unit PC 200, 1 unit PC 300, dan 1 unit ZX 350-5G, dan jumlah alat angkut yang dibutuhkan ialah 4 unit DT20 Ton, 3 unit DT30 Ton, dan 2 unit DT40 Ton. Sedangkan jumlah alat gali muat yang dibutuhkan pada kegiatan produksi batubara ialah 2 unit PC 200 dan jumlah alat angkut yang dibutuhkan sebesar 3 unit DT20 Ton dan 1 unit DT40 Ton. Adapun total biaya sewa alat pada pengupasan overburden ialah sebesar Rp16.031.769.600,00 dan biaya sewa alat pada produksi batubara sebesar Rp7.512.035.030,00. Berdasarkan keseluruhan block dan strip, kegiatan produksi dimulai dari Block-1 hingga Block-9 dan Strip-1 hingga Strip-9, pada elevasi 8 mdpl hingga -18 mdpl.

This research was conducted with the aim of planning and scheduling production in the first year of coal mining for 1 year to the company. The method used in this research is to use excel scheduling on Schedule Plan Operation and Ventyx Minescape v5.7 software, also Block-Strip method on production scheduling. Based on the results of SPO data processing, the total stand-by time needed is 3440,2 hours, the total repair time is 820,8 hours, and the total effective working time in 2023 is 3947 hours. The number of loader needed in overburden stripping activities is 1 unit of PC 200, 1 unit of PC 300, and 1 unit of ZX 350-5G, and the number of hauler needed is 4 units of DT20 Ton, 3 units of DT30 Ton, and 2 units of DT40 Ton. Meanwhile, the number of loader needed in coal production activities is 2 units of PC 200 and the number of hauler needed is 3 units of DT20 Ton and 1 unit of DT40 Ton. The total cost of equipment rental on overburden stripping is Rp16,031,769,600.00 and the cost of equipment rental on coal production is Rp7,512,035,030.00. Based on all the blocks and strips, production activities started from Block-1 to Block-9 and Strip-1 to Strip-9, at an elevation of 8 mdpl to -18 mdpl.
