Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah konsep pengajaran 3-N dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kosakata siswa dalam keterampilan berbicara. Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental, yang melibatkan data sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Peneliti melakukan perlakuan kepada siswa, perlakuan dilakukan sebanyak lima kali, termasuk pre-test dan post-test. Temuan: Perlakuan yang diberikan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, baik yang memiliki pemahaman awal rendah maupun tinggi. Penggunaan konsep pengajaran 3-N efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa, terutama dalam aspek kosakata. Kesimpulan: Penggunaan 3-N memberikan keuntungan bagi siswa, mereka dapat memperoleh kesempatan untuk mendengarkan dan meniru sebelum mereka membuat karya mereka. Hal ini juga dapat menambah kreativitas siswa karena mereka juga dapat memodifikasi dan menambah apa yang telah mereka pelajari.

Objectives: This study was conducted to find out whether the 3-N teaching concept can significantly improve students’ vocabulary in speaking skill. Methods: This research was conducted using a pre-experimental design, which involves data before and after an interventation. The researcher conducted treatment for students, the treatment was conducted five times, including the pre-test and post-test. Findings: The treatment given succeeded in improving students’, both those with low and high initial understanding. The use of 3-N teaching concept is effective in improving students’ speaking skill, especially in the vocabulary aspect. Conclusion: The use of 3-N provides benefits to students, they can get the opportunity to listen and imitate before they create their work. It can also add to the students’ creativity because they can also modify and add to what they have learned. Keywords: Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi, Vocabulary, Speaking skill.
