ABSTRAK


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Penerapan The 4 Disciplines of Execution Millenial Leaders di Era Transformasi terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan serta Dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Organisasi PT PLN (Persero) UP3
Lhokseumawe. Dalam penelitian ini populasi adalah seluruh karyawan PT PLN
(Persero) UP3 Lhokseumawe yang berjumlah 144 orang karyawan. Karena seluruh anggota populasi di ambil sebagai responden maka metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wildly important goal berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap efektivitas kerja, lead measure berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap efektivitas kerja, copelling scoreboard berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap efektivitas kerja, cadance of accountability berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap efektivitas kerja, wildly important goal tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi, lead measure tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi ,coppelling scoreboard berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi, cadance of accountability berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi, efektivitas kerja berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi, efektivitas kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh wildly important goal terhadap kinerja organisasi, efektivitas kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh lead measure terhadap kinerja organisasi ,efektivitas kerja memediasi secara parsial pengaruh copelling scoreboard terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan efektivitas kerja memediasi secara parsial pengaruh cadance of accountability terhadap kinerja organisasi.

Sakir Master of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University ABSTRACT This research aims totest the effect Application of The 4 Disciplines of Execution Millennial Leaders in the Era of Transformation on Employee Work Effectiveness and Its Impact on Organizational Performance PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Lhokseumawe. In this study, the population was all employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Lhokseumawe, totaling 144 employees. Because all members of the population were taken as respondents, the method used in this research was the census method. Data analysis in this research uses the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The research results show thata wildly important goal has a direct effect on work effectiveness, a lead measure has a direct effect on work effectiveness, a coping scoreboard has a direct effect on work effectiveness, a cadance of accountability has a direct effect on work effectiveness, a wildly important goal has no direct effect on organizational performance, lead measure has no direct effect on organizational performance, coupling scoreboard has a direct effect on organizational performance, cadance of accountability has a direct effect on organizational performance, work effectiveness has a direct effect on organizational performance, work effectiveness does not mediate the influence of wildly important goals on organizational performance, work effectiveness does not mediate the influence of lead measures on organizational performance, work effectiveness partially mediates the influence of the coping scoreboard on organizational performance, and work effectiveness partially mediates the influence of cadance of accountability on organizational performance.
