ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Gangguan pendengaran konduktif merupakan pola gangguan pendengaran yang paling umum terjadi pada OMSK. Gangguan pendengaran konduktif dapat disebabkan oleh perforasi membran timpani, atelektasis telinga tengah, timpanosklerosis, rusaknya tulang-tulang pendengaran, dan kolesteatoma. OMSK dapat menyebabkan disfungsi rantai tulang pendengaran, dengan mengetahui status rantai tulang pendengaran sangat penting pada pasien yang menjalani timpanoplasti yang akan membantu dalam merencanakan rekonstruksi rantai tulang pendengaran Tujuan: Mengetahui kesesuaian audiometri preoperatif dengan temuan intraoperatif telinga tengah pada penderita otitis media supuratif kronik di RSUDZA Banda Aceh Metode: Penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional dengan melakukan pemeriksaan otoskopi untuk menilai lokasi dan ukuran perforasi membran timpani serta audiometri nada murni pada pasien OMSK yang datang ke poliklinik THT-BKL RSUDZA dan kemudian dilakukan tindakan operatif dalam periode Januari hingga Juli 2023. Selama pembedahan dilakukan evaluasi status osikula, granulasi dan kolesteatoma dari telinga yang dioperasi. Dilakukan analisa kesesuaian antara hasil audiometri preoperatif dan temuan intraoperatif dengan menggunakan uji chi-squared dan kendall tau-b. Darmayanti ABSTRACT Background: Conductive hearing loss is the most common pattern of hearing loss in CSOM. Conductive hearing loss can be caused by perforation of the tympanic membrane, middle ear atelectasis, tympanosclerosis, damage to the ossicles, and cholesteatoma. CSOM can cause dysfunction of the ossicular chain and knowing the status of the ossicular chain is very important in patients undergoing tympanoplasty which will help in planning the reconstruction of the ossicular chain Objective: To determine the suitability of preoperative audiometry with intraoperative findings of the middle ear in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media at RSUDZA Banda Aceh Method: Analytical observational study with a cross sectional design by carrying out an otoscopic examination to assess the location and size of tympanic membrane perforation as well as pure tone audiometry in CSOM patients who came to the ENT-BKL RSUDZA polyclinic and underwent surgery in the period January to July 2023. During the surgery, the status of the ossicles, granulations and cholesteatoma of the operated ear was evaluated. An analysis of the correspondence between preoperative audiometry results and intraoperative findings was carried out using the chi-squared and Kendall Tau-B tests. Results: From the results of the analysis of 58 samples, a significant relationship was found between the degree of conductive deafness and the location of the perforation, the size of the perforation, the status of the ossicles and findings of granulation (p
