Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya model engineering design process berbasis STEM yang mampu bersaing ketat dalam perkembangan industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model engineering design process berbasis STEM pada pembelajaran IPA di SD dan pembelajaran Fisika di SMP& SMA terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, berpikir kreatif, dan problem solving. Penelitian ini mengikuti metode Systematic Literatur Review (SLR) menggunakan panduan PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) dengan sampel berupa data sekunder dari jurnal yang ditelusuri melalui database scopus, SCImago, dan WoS (Web of Science). Jurnal yang ditemukan kemudian dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi, tahap studi pengkodean, dan penilaian kualitas penelitian. Jurnal yang lolos tahap seleksi kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 36 artikel yang akan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model engineering design process berbasis STEM berdampak positif meningkatkan berpikir kreatif, berpikir kritis dan problem solving pada jenjang pendidikan SD, SMP, dan SMA dalam pembelajaran fisika.

This research is motivated by the importance of a STEM-based engineering design process model that is able to compete fiercely in the development of industry 4.0. This research aims to determine the application of the STEM-based engineering design process model in science learning in elementary school and physics learning in middle & high school on critical thinking, creative thinking and problem solving abilities. This research follows the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines with samples in the form of secondary data from journals searched through the Scopus, SCImago, and WoS (Web of Science) databases. The journals found were then selected based on inclusion criteria, study coding stage, and research quality assessment. Journals that pass the selection stage are then analyzed descriptively. The research results obtained 36 articles which will be analyzed descriptively. The research results show that the STEM-based engineering design process model has a positive impact on increasing creative thinking, critical thinking and problem solving at the elementary, middle and high school education levels in physics learning.
