Beberapa jenis ikan yang dikategorikan hampir terancam (Near threatened) dan rentan (Vulnerable) jenis hiu dan pari masih tertangkap dan diperjual belikan di PPS Lampulo. Salah satu hal yang menjadi penyebab maraknya penangkapan hiu dan pari dikarenakan produk hiu dan pari memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi dan dipasarkan di pasar domestik maupun internasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis ikan yang didaratkan di PPS Lampulo, mengetahui status konservasi ikan yang didaratkan di PPS Lampulo berdasarkan IUCN dan mendeskripsikan nilai ekonomis ikan yang didaratkan di PPS Lampulo. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni-Juli 2023 di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Kutaraja Lampulo, Kecamatan Kuta Alam, Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif yang bersifat survey dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perciformes dan Carangidae merupakan ordo dan famili yang paling banyak ditemukan di PPS Lampulo. Status konservasi jenis ikan dilihat dari daftar merah IUCN 89% Least concern, 4% Data deficient, 1% Vulnerable, 3% Near threatened, 2% Endangered, 1% Critically endangered. Berdasarkan CITES tercatat 2% Appendix II, dan 98% not evaluated. Berdasarkan Kepmen No.1 KEPMEN-KP/2021 Tentang Jenis Ikan Yang Dilindungi tidak terdapat spesies yang tercatat sebagai jenis ikan yang dilindungi di Indonesia. Ikan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis paling tinggi yaitu ikan dari famili Serranidae dengan harga rata-rata Rp 67.813/Kg dan jenis ikan dengan nilai jual terendah yaitu ikan dari famili Balistidae dengan harga rata-rata Rp 21.250/Kg. Jenis ikan yang didaratkan di PPS Lampulo ditangkap dengan Jaring Insang, Pancing Tonda, Pancing Ulur, Pancing Rawai, Pukat Cincin dan Pukat Payang.

Several types of fish that are categorized as Near Threatened and Vulnerable, such as sharks and rays, are still caught and bought and sold at the Lampulo PPS. One of the reasons for the widespread fishing of sharks and rays is because shark and ray products have high economic value and are marketed in domestic and international markets. The aim of this research is to identify the types of fish landed at PPS Lampulo, determine the conservation status of fish landed at PPS Lampulo based on IUCN and describe the economic value of fish landed at PPS Lampulo. This research was conducted in June-July 2023 at the Kutaraja Lampulo Ocean Fisheries Port (PPS), Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City. The research method used is a descriptive method that is survey and observation in nature. The research results show that Perciformes and Carangidae are the orders and families most commonly found in the Lampulo PPS. The conservation status of fish species seen from the IUCN red list is 89% Least concern, 4% Data deficient, 1% Vulnerable, 3% Near threatened, 2% Endangered, 1% Critically endangered. Based on CITES, it is recorded as 2% Appendix II, and 98% not evaluated. Based on Ministerial Decree No.1 KEPMEN-KP/2021 concerning Protected Fish Types, there are no species listed as protected fish species in Indonesia. The fish with the highest economic value are fish from the Serranidae family with an average price of IDR 67,813/Kg and the type of fish with the lowest selling value is fish from the Balistidae family with an average price of IDR 21,250/Kg. The types of fish landed at the Lampulo PPS are caught with gill nets, trolling lines, hand lines, longline fishing, ring seines and payang trawls. Keywords : conservation, economic value, PPS Lampulo
