Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Food Quality dan Price Fairness terhadap Brand Prestige yang dimediasi oleh Word of Mouth pada konsumen Coffee Roastery di Kota Banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Coffee Roastery yang berjumlah 160 responden. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SEM mengidentifikasikan bahwa Food Quality, Price Fairness, Brand Prestige, dan Word of Mouth Konsumen Coffee Roastery di Kota Banda Aceh sudah baik, Food Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Prestige, Price Fairness berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Prestige, Food Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap Word of Mouth, Price Fairness berpengaruh positif terhadap Word of Mouth, Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Prestige, Word of Mouth memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Food Quality terhadap Brand Prestige, dan Word of Mouth memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Price Fairness terhadap Brand Prestige.

This study aims to measure the effect of Food Quality and Price Fairness on Brand Prestige mediated by Word of Mouth on Coffee Roastery consumers in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were Coffee Roastery consumers totaling 160 respondents. The data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as an analysis method to determine the influence between the variables involved. Based on the results of SEM analysis, it identifies that Food Quality, Price Fairness, Brand Prestige, and Word of Mouth of Coffee Roastery Consumers in Banda Aceh City are good, Food Quality has a positive effect on Brand Prestige, Price Fairness has a positive effect on Brand Prestige, Food Quality has a positive effect on Word of Mouth, Price Fairness has a positive effect on Word of Mouth, Word of Mouth has a positive effect on Brand Prestige, Word of Mouth partially mediates the effect of Food Quality on Brand Prestige, and Word of Mouth partially mediates the effect of Price Fairness on Brand Prestige.
