Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Perceived Employability yang dimediasi oleh Career Planning dan Networking Behaviour pada karyawan Bank BSI Banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 252 responden dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel probability sampling dan jenis probability sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling, dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank BSI Banda Aceh. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Hierarchical Regression Linear dengan menggunakan Statistical Program and Social Science (SPSS) yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Servant Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Employability. Servant leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Career Planning. Servant Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Networking Behaviour. Career planning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Employability. Networking Behaviour berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Employability. Career Planning memediasi pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Perceived Employability. Networking Behaviour memediasi pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Perceived Employability.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Servant Leadership on Perceived Employability mediated by Career Planning and Networking Behavior of Bank BSI Banda Aceh employees. The samples used in this study were 252 respondents using the probability sampling method and the type of probability sampling used in this study was simple random sampling, and the samples used in this study were employees of Bank BSI Banda Aceh. The method of analysis in this study is Hierarchical Regression Linear using Statistical Program and Social Science (SPSS) which is used to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of the study found that Servant Leadership has a significant effect on Perceived Employability. Servant leadership has a significant effect on Career Planning. Servant Leadership has a significant effect on Networking Behavior. Career planning has a significant effect on Perceived Employability. Networking Behavior has a significant effect on Perceived Employability. Career Planning mediates the influence of Servant Leadership on Perceived Employability.
