Kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap layanan MBKM menjadi salah satu pusat perhatian dari perguruan tinggi yang mendalam, sehingga strategi yang harus diperhatikan pada setiap program kegiatan MBKM adalah meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa dalam kualitas layanan MBKM USK Unggul. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan Respon Mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala mengenai Implementasi Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka. Jenis penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan angket dan wawancara, dengan jumlah sampel angket 57 orang dan dimana 10 orang diantaranya diwawancarai. Respon mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Fisika FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala yang mengikuti program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka memiliki nilai 71% atau merasa puas.

Student satisfaction with MBKM services is one of the central concerns of tertiary institutions, so the strategy that must be considered in every MBKM activity program is to increase student satisfaction with the quality of USK Unggul's MBKM services. The aim of this research is to describe the response of FKIP Physics Education Students at Syiah Kuala University regarding the implementation of Merdeka Belajar-Free Campus. This type of research was carried out using a qualitative approach using questionnaires and interviews, with a questionnaire sample of 57 people and 10 of them were interviewed. The response from students from the Physics Education Department, FKIP, Syiah Kuala University who took part in the Independent Learning-Free Campus program was 71% or satisfied.
