Kriteria TPACK dan TISE yang baik dari guru Biologi SMA akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar Biolgi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria TPACK dan TISE guru Biologi SMA di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Biologi SMA di Kota Banda Aceh dan menggunakan metode total sampling maka total sampel adalah 49 orang guru Biologi SMA. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara angket, wawancara dan observasi. Angket TPACK berisi 36 item pertanyaan dan angket TISE berisi 28 item pertanyaan. Untuk wawancara ada 25 item pertanyaan. Observasi TPACK berisi 28 item pengamatan dan TISE berisi 14 item pengamatan. Untuk melihat kriteria TPACK dan TISE guru Biologi SMA Negeri di Kota Banda Aceh diperoleh dari hasil rerata nilai angket setiap kriteria TPACK dan TISE. Untuk nilai kolerasi antara TPACK dan TISE digunakan rumus korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa kriteria TPACK guru biologi SMA Negeri di Kota Banda Aceh secara berturu-turut yaitu PCK sangat baik, TCK sangat baik, CK sangat baik, TPK sangat baik, PK sangat baik, TK dan TPACK dalam kategori baik; kriteria TISE guru biologi SMA Negeri di Kota Banda Aceh secara berturut-turut CSE sangat baik. TSE baik dan SET dalam kategori sangat baik serta terdapat korelasi yang signifikan dan positif antara kriteria TPACK dan TISE guru biologi SMA Negeri di Kota Banda Aceh.

The good TPACK and TISE abilities of high school Biology teachers will affect the outcomes of students’ Biology learning. This study is aiming at determining the TPACK and TISE abilities of high school biology teachers in the city of Banda Aceh. This research is a quantitative approach survey research with a correlational design. The population in this study were all high school Biology teachers in Banda Aceh. By using the total sampling method, the total number os samples were 49 high school Biology teacher. The data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews and observations. The TPACK questionnaire is consisting of 36 question items and the TISE questionnaire is consisting of 28 question items. For interviews there were 25 question items. TPACK observations consists of 28 observation items and TISE consists of 14 observation items. The TPACK and TISE abilities, of Biology teachers in public high schools in Banda Aceh were seen from the average value of the questionnaire for each TPACK and TISE components. To get the correlation values between TPACK and TISE, the Pearson Product Moment correlation formula was used. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the TPACK criteria for biology teachers in public high schools in Banda Aceh were consecutively very good for PCK, very good for TCK, very good for CK, very good for TPK, very good for PK, while TK and TPACK were in the good category; the criteria for the TISE of Biology teachers in public high schools in Banda Aceh were consecutively very good for CSE. Meanwhile, the TSE was good and SET was in very good category; and there is a significant and positive correlation between the TPACK and TISE abilities of Biology teachers at Public High Schools in the city of Banda Aceh.
