Program Sekolah Ramah Anak diatur dalam Peraturan Mentri Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak No. 8 Tahun 2014 tentang kebijakan program sekolah ramah anak. Sekolah ramah anak hadir karena merupakan kebutuhan dan hak anak untuk mendapatkan pendidikan mengharuskan negara hadir untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Rumusan Masalah (1) Bagaimana implementasi program sekolah ramah anak di SMP Se-Kota banda Aceh, (2) Apakah program sekolah ramah anak efektif dilaksanakan di SMP Se-Kota Banda Aceh, (3) Apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengimplementasi program sekolah ramah anak dalam memenuhi hak peserta didik di SMP Se-Kota banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Menjelaskan mengenai implementasi program sekolah ramah anak di SMP Se-Kota Banda Aceh. (2) Mengetahui program sekolah ramah anak efektif atau tidak dilaksanakan di SMP Se-Kota Banda Aceh. (3) Menjelaskan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengimplementasi program sekolah ramah anak dalam memenuhi hak peserta didik di SMP Se-Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Subjek berjumlah 13 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil Penelitian (1) Implementasi program sekolah ramah anak di Kota Banda Aceh sudah dijalankan dengan cukup baik, warga sekolah mengetahui, menyetujui, serta ikut terlibat tapi masih kurang sosialisasi. (2) Program sekolah ramah anak belum efektif, indikatornya tidak terlaksana, program ada yang belum berjalan di SMP Se-Kota Banda Aceh. (3) Faktor pendukung, kerja sama semua pihak yang terlibat dan faktor penghambat, program tidak berjalan dengan baik, karakter peserta didik yang berbeda. Hak-hak peserta didik di sekolah sudah terpenuhi dan ditampung dengan baik. Kesimpulannya (1) Implementasi program sekolah ramah anak di SMP Negeri 6 telah berjalan dengan baik, sedangkan SMP Negeri 18 dan 8 Banda Aceh masih perlu sosialisasi. (2) SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh sudah efektif dikarenakan indikator sudah terlaksana, sedangkan SMP Negeri 18 dan 8 Banda Aceh masih kurang efektif. (3) Faktor pendukung yaitu adanya kerja sama yang baik sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah tidak terkontrol dengan baik dalam segi program serta banyaknya peserta didik. Adapun saran dalam penelitian adalah SMP Se-Kota Banda Aceh harus lebih banyak melakukan sosialisasi, lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan program sekolah ramah anak.

Implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program in Fulfilling the Rights of Learners in Junior High Schools throughout Banda Aceh City The Child Friendly School Program is regulated in the Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Regulation No. 8 of 2014 concerning child-friendly school program policies. Child-friendly schools exist because it is a need and the right of children to get an education requires the state to be present to meet these needs. Formulation of the Problem (1) How is the implementation of the child-friendly school program in junior high schools throughout Banda Aceh City, (2) Is the child-friendly school program effectively implemented in junior high schools throughout Banda Aceh City, (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the school program child-friendly in fulfilling the rights of students in junior high schools in Banda Aceh City. This study aims to (1) explain the implementation of the child-friendly school program in junior high schools throughout Banda Aceh City. (2) Find out if the child-friendly school program is effective or not implemented in junior high schools throughout Banda Aceh City. (3) Explain the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the child-friendly school program in fulfilling the rights of students in junior high schools throughout Banda Aceh City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Subjects amounted to 13 people. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. Research Results (1) The implementation of the child-friendly school program in Banda Aceh City has been carried out quite well, the school community knows, agrees, and is involved but there is still a lack of socialization. (2) The child-friendly school program has not been effective, the indicators have not been implemented, some programs have not yet been implemented in junior high schools throughout Banda Aceh City. (3) Supporting factors, the cooperation of all parties involved and inhibiting factors, the program is not running well, the character of students is different. The rights of students at school have been fulfilled and accommodated properly. In conclusion (1) the implementation of the child-friendly school program at SMP Negeri 6 has been going well, while SMP Negeri 18 and 8 Banda Aceh still needs socialization. (2) SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh has been effective because the indicators have been implemented, while SMP Negeri 18 and 8 Banda Aceh are still less effective. (3) The supporting factors are good cooperation, while the inhibiting factors are not well controlled in terms of the program and the number of students. As for the suggestions in the research, junior high schools throughout Banda Aceh City should conduct more outreach, pay more attention to and improve child-friendly school programs.
