Pendidikan Politik yang dilakukan oleh PKS memiliki ciri khusus terletak pada pendidikan politik yang diberikan tidak saja berorientasi pada muatan politik namun juga mengenai materi keagamaan. Dan inti dari proses pendidikan politik tersebut adalah UPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pendidikan politik PKS bagi kader perempuan, mengetahui karakteristik pendidikan politik PKS dan mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi PKS dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan politik. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan yang menjadi subjek penelitian yaitu 3 orang dari pengurus wilayah PKS Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UPA kegiatan wajib dan pasti diikuti oleh setiap kader. Karakteristik paling terlihat adalah kegiatan pendidikan politik yang ditawarkan PKS tidak sama dengan partai lain sehingga menjadikan PKS unik dan berbeda dengan partai lainnya. Kendala yang sering terjadi adanya pandangan negatif dari masyakat bahwasannya politik itu kotor dan naik turunnya semangat kader dalam menjalankan pendidikan politik. Kesimpulannya adalah 1) Model pendidikan politik bagi kader perempuan PKS Aceh diperoleh melalui Unit Pembinaan Anggota (UPA) yang berisi kajian islam yang dilakukan secara rutin. PKS juga memberikan berbagai macam bentuk pelatihan kepada kader dengan tujuan semakin kuat nya peran kader perempuan dan langsung dibawah binaan bidang kaderisasi dan peran bidang perempuan dan ketahanan keluarga (BPKK). 2) Karakteristik Pendidikan Politik yang dilakukan PKS yaitu adanya program unggulan yang membuat partai ini beda dari partai lainnya. Pendidikan politik tersebut tidak hanya bermuatan politik namun juga terdapat muatan materi islam. 3) Pelaksanaan pendidikan politik tidak selalu berjalan dengan lancar, tentu ada kendala, seperti adanya pandangan negatif masyarakat terhadap partai politik, stigma negatif tentang perempuan yang terjun ke dunia politik dan naik turunnya semangat kader.

The political education carried out by PKS has a special feature in that the political education provided is not only oriented towards political content but also regarding religious material. And the core of the political education process is the UPA. This study aims to determine the model of PKS political education for female cadres, to know the characteristics of PKS political education and to find out the obstacles faced by PKS in implementing political education. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis research type. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation with 3 people from the PKS Aceh regional management. The research results show that UPA activities are mandatory and must be followed by every cadre. The most visible characteristic is that the political education activities offered by PKS are not the same as other parties, making PKS unique and different from other parties. The obstacle that often occurs is the negative view of society that politics is dirty and the ups and downs of cadre enthusiasm in carrying out political education. The conclusions are 1) The political education model for PKS Aceh female cadres is obtained through the Member Development Unit (UPA) which contains regular Islamic studies. PKS also provides various forms of training to cadres with the aim of strengthening the role of female cadres and directly under the guidance of the cadre sector and the role of women and family resilience (BPKK). 2) Characteristics of the political education carried out by PKS, namely the existence of superior programs that make this party different from other parties. This political education not only contains political content but also contains Islamic material. 3) The implementation of political education does not always run smoothly, of course there are obstacles, such as the negative views of society towards political parties, negative stigma about women who enter politics and the ups and downs of cadres' enthusiasm.
