Angka pelanggaran hukum yang terus menerus bertambah membutuhkan sebuah media untuk memudahkan masyarakat melihat transparansi jumlah pelanggaran untuk tiap wilayahnya. Maka dari itu pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis web. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membuat Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis web dan menampilkan titik lokasi Pengadilan Umum, Pengadilan Militer, Pengadilan Agama dan Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara. Selain itu, pengadilan Kabupaten/kota Provinsi Aceh dapat menambahkan data sebaran kasus pelanggaran pengadilan umum pada WebGIS dan data tersebut dimuat dalam peta sebaran pelanggaran hukum dan memvisualisasikannya dalam grafik pada WebGIS. Sistematika pada penelitian ini dimulai dari tahap mengidentifikasi masalah, studi literatur, mengumpulkan data, mengolah data, merancang sistem WebGIS, membuat sistem WebGIS, dan melakukan pengujian terhadap sistem. Pengujian sistem WebGIS dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Use Questionner (Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Leaning, Satisfaction) Use Questionner dengan 30 pertanyaan yang terbagi dalam 4 aspek dan melibatkan 100 responden yang digolongkan dalam 2 kategori responden yaitu masyarakat umum dan mahasiwa Informatika. Hasil dari pengujian WebGIS menghasilkan nilai 87,52% dan menunjukkan bahwa WebGIS Sebaran Pelanggaran Hukum di Provinsi Aceh sangat layak digunakan untuk masyarakat.

The number of violations of the law that continues to increase requires a media to make it easier for the public to see the transparency of the number of violations for each region. Therefore, in this study, a web-based Geographic Information System was created. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based Geographic Information System and display the location points of General Courts, Military Courts, Religious Courts and State Administrative Courts. In addition, the District/City Courts of Aceh Province can add data on the distribution of general court violation cases on WebGIS and this data is contained in a map of the distribution of law violations and visualize them in graphics on WebGIS. Systematics in this research starts from identifying problems, studying literature, collecting data, processing data, designing WebGIS systems, creating WebGIS systems, and testing the system. Testing the WebGIS system was carried out using the Use Questionner (Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Leaning, Satisfaction) Use Questionnaire method with 30 questions divided into 4 aspects and involving 100 respondents who were classified into 2 categories of respondents, namely the general public and Informatics students. The results of the WebGIS test produced a value of 87.52% and showed that the WebGIS Distribution of Law Violations in Aceh Province was very suitable for use by the community.
