Perusahaan dapat berjalan optimal jika target kinerja perusahaan tercapai dengan
baik. Pengukuran kinerja perlu untuk dilakukan untuk melihat sejauh mana visi misi
perusahaan telah tercapai. Pengukuran kinerja menggunakan metode SWOT
Balanced Scorecard dilakukan untuk mengetahui kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan
empat perspektif yang sama penting yaitu Aspek keuangan, pelanggan, proses
bisnis dan pertumbuhan perusahaan dengam menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan,
peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan dalam hal ini penelitian
dilakukan di PT PEMA Holding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil
kinerja PT PEMA dan analisis strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh perusahaan
dalam meningkatkan kinerja serta mengidentifikasi aspek yang paling berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa
kekuatan perusahaan ada pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada investor
dengan merealisasikan kegiatan bisnis utama dengan baik. Dari hasil pengukuran
didapatkan nilai ROI 75%, ROE 83% retensi pelanggan 0%, kepuasan pelanggan
81%, proses inovasi 70%, proses produksi 80%, retensi karyawan 52% dan
kepuasan karyawan 74,7%. Perspektif yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja
perusahaan adalah perspektif pelanggan hal ini disebabkan karena pertumbuhan
perusahaan dan loyalitas pelanggan (investor) akan mempengaruhi kinerja
perusahaan secara keseluruhan baik dalam aspek keuangan, bisnis dan
pertumbuhan perusahaan.

Performance measurement needs to be done to see the extent to which the company's vision and mission have been achieved. Performance measurement using the SWOT Balanced Scorecard method is carried out to determine company performance based on four equally important perspectives, namely financial aspects, customers, business processes and company growth by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the company in this case the research was conducted at PT PEMA Holding. This study aims to determine the performance results of PT PEMA and analyze strategies that can be applied by the company in improving performance and identifying the aspects that have the most influence on company performance. Based on the research results, it is found that the strength of the company is in the quality of services provided to investors by realizing the main business activities well. From the measurement results obtained ROI value 75%, ROE 83% customer retention 0%, customer satisfaction 81%, innovation process 70%, production process 80%, employee retention 52% and employee satisfaction 74.7%. The perspective that has the most influence on company performance is the customer perspective, this is because company growth and customer (investor) loyalty will affect the company's overall performance both in financial, business and company growth aspects.
