A dual-earner family poses its own challenges for couples, and marital problems that arise can affect the wellbeing of family members. Couple resilience is necessary to deal with these various challenges. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between couple resilience and wellbeing in dual earner families. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation method involving 50 couples as the research sample. The data collection technique uses simple one-stage cluster sampling, and the research data is collected using two scales, namely the Couple Resilience Inventory (CRI), which consists of positive and negative couple resilience. The reliability test results in this study for positive couple resilience were α=.920 and α=.877 for negative couple resilience. Meanwhile, to measure wellbeing, the Centeredness Theory Scale (CT Scale) was used with a value of α=.938. Data analysis used Spearman correlation technique. The results of the study found that several dimensions of couple resilience were positively correlated with wellbeing, namely negative couple resilience of husbands and the wellbeing of wives with a correlation coefficient of (r)=0.292, negative couple resilience of husbands and the wellbeing of husbands (r=0.464), negative couple resilience of wives and the wellbeing of wives (r=0.377). On the other hand, negative correlations were found between positive couple resilience of wives and the wellbeing of husbands with a correlation of (r=-0.464), positive couple resilience of husbands and the wellbeing of husbands (r=-0.514), and negative couple resilience of wives and the wellbeing of wives (r=-0.427). While negative couple resilience of wives and the wellbeing of husbands and positive couple resilience of husbands and the wellbeing of wives did not show any relationship. This indicates that different responses between husbands and wives can explain different effects on husbands and wives. Keyword: Couple Resilience, Wellbeing, Dual Earner Family
