ABSTRAK

Peran kinerja guru dan motivasi kerja guru sangat penting pada proses belajar mengajar siswa di sekolah. Kinerja guru dan motivasi kerja guru yang baik akan mampu menumbuhkan motivasi belajar pada diri siswa. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa; (2) pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa; (3) pengaruh kinerja guru dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda dengan melakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,604 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,365 nilai t_(hitung )> t_(tabel )yaitu 3,553 > 1,717 kinerja guru mempunyai pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 36,5%; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,560 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,313 nilai t_(hitung )> t_(tabel )yaitu 3,168 > 1,717 motivasi kerja guru mempunyai pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 31,3%.; (3) terdapat pengaruh kinerja guru dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadapa motivasi belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,693 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,480 nilai sig 0,001 < 0,005 dan nilai F_(hitung )> F_(tabel ) yaitu 9.710 > 3.47 kenerja guru dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 48%.

THE INFLUENCE OF TEACHER PERFORMANCE AND TEACHER WORK MOTIVATION ON STUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATION IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OF BUNGOENG SEROJA CLUSTER IN BANDA ACEH ABSTRACT (Sulisyan) The role of teacher performance and work motivation is very crucial in supporting teaching and learning process of students in schools. Good performance and work motivation of teachers might be able to foster learning motivation of their students. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the influence of teacher performance on student learning motivation, (2) the influence of teacher work motivation on student learning motivation, and (3) the influence of teacher performance and teacher work motivation on student learning motivation. This study used a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The tools of data collection used in this study were in the forms of observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were the simple and multiple linear regression analyses by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study showed: (1) that there was a positive and significant influence of teacher performance on student learning motivation as indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.604, coefficient of determination of 0.365, the value of Fcount>FTable ,namely 3.553 > 1.717, and the percentage of 36.5%. It was also found (2) that there was a positive and significant influence of teacher work motivation on student learning motivation as indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.560, coefficient of determination of 0.313, the value of 〖 t〗_(count )>t_(table ), namely 3.168 > 1.717, and the percentage of 31.3%. Lastly, the study also showed that (3) that there was a positive and significant influence of teacher performance and work motivation together on student learning motivation as indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.693, coefficient of determination of 0.480, the value of Fcount>FTable namely 9.710 > 3.47, and the percentage of 48%.
