Kesuksesan proyek konstruksi secara garis besar dikenal memiliki triple constraint dengan kriteria tepat waktu, tepat biaya, dan tepat mutu. Komunikasi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hubungan, kepercayaan, dan kolaborasi antar tim proyek konstruksi. Manajer proyek selaku pemimpin proyek bertanggung jawab dalam menjamin keefektifan komunikasi dengan seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam proyek. Komunikasi yang efektif dapat menyelaraskan seluruh tim proyek untuk mencapai strategi, tujuan, dan tindakan yang sama agar tidak menjadi penghambat dalam mencapai kesuksesan proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh manajemen komunikasi terhadap kesuksesan proyek konstruksi. Manfaat penelitian ini yaitu memberikan gambaran terkait bagaimana hubungan dan pengaruh manajemen komunikasi terhadap kesuksesan proyek konstruksi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini melibatkan manajer proyek pada perusahaan kontraktor di Kota Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis korelasi dilanjutkan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh bahwa manajemen, kompetensi, strategi, hierarki, teknik komunikasi, arah komunikasi, dan lingkungan proyek mempengaruhi kesuksesan proyek konstruksi sebesar 53,2%, sedangkan sebesar 46,8% lainnya dijelaskan oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

The success of a construction project, in general, is known to have a triple constraint with the criteria of being on time, on cost, and quality. Communication is essential in improving the quality of relationships, trust, and collaboration between construction project teams. As the project leader, the project manager is responsible for ensuring communication effectiveness with all parties involved in the project. Effective communication can align the entire project team to achieve the same strategies, goals, and actions, so it can’t become obstacles in achieving project success. This study aims to analyze the relationship and influence of communication management on the success of construction projects. The benefit of this research is to provide an overview of the relationship and impact communication management has on the success of construction projects. The research method uses quantitative methods with primary and secondary data sources. This research involved project managers at the company's head office in Banda Aceh City—data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the advanced correlation analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The research results found that management, competence, strategy, hierarchy, communication techniques, communication directions, and project environment influenced the success of construction projects by 53.2%. The other 46.8% were explained by variables not examined in this study.
