Kemampuan berpikir kreatif dalam pemecahan masalah matematis siswa masih rendah. Siswa hanya mampu memberikan jawaban yang umum atas berbagai pertanyaan yang diajukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil kemampuan berpikir kreatif dalam pemecahan masalah matematis siswa ditinjau dari gaya kognitif reflektif dan impulsif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksporatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang yaitu siswa MTsN Model Banda Aceh kelas IX. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga macam instrumen yaitu tes MFFT (Matching Familiar Figure Test ), tes soal kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan wawancara. Pemilihan subjek didasarkan pada Matching Familiar Figure Test (MFFT) yaitu 3 siswa reflektif dan 3 siswa impulsif. Data diperoleh dari subjek penelitiantes kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis (TBKM) dan wawancara. Untuk menguji kredibilitas data peneliti melakukan triangulasi. Dalam studi ini, triangulasi yang digunakan adalah triangulasi waktu yaitu membandingkan tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang pertama dengan tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang kedua dengan waktu yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa profil kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa reflektif pada materi SPLDV sudah memenuhi 2 indikator tes yaitu indikator kelancaran dan keluwesan. Pada subjek impulsif sudah memenuhi 1 indikator berpikir kreatif yaitu indikator kelancaran.

The ability to think creatively in solving students' mathematical problems is still low. Students are only able to provide general answers to the various questions asked. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of the ability to think creatively in solving students' mathematical problems in terms of reflective and impulsive cognitive styles. This research is a qualitative research with an explorative approach. There were 6 subjects in this study, namely class IX students of MTsN Model Banda Aceh. Data collection was carried out using three kinds of instruments, namely the MFFT test (Matching Familiar Figure Test), tests of creative thinking skills and interviews. Subject selection was based on the Matching Familiar Figure Test (MFFT), namely 3 reflective students and 3 impulsive students. The data were obtained from the research subjects' mathematical creative thinking ability tests (TBKM) and interviews. To test the credibility of the data, researchers conducted triangulation. In this study, the triangulation used was time triangulation, namely comparing the first creative thinking ability test with the second creative thinking ability test at different times. The results showed that the reflective students' creative thinking ability profile on SPLDV material fulfilled 2 test indicators, namely fluency and flexibility indicators. The impulsive subject has fulfilled 1 indicator of creative thinking, namely the indicator of fluency. Keywords: Creative thinking, reflexive and impulsive cognitive style
