PENGEMBANGAN INDUSTRI MARMER DENGAN INTEGRASI RANTAI PASOK DAN RANTAI NILAI “Studi Kasus Industri Marmer di Aceh Selatan”


ABSTRAK

Program pengembangan Industri marmer Aceh Selatan merupakan usaha yang mengolah dan memproduksi batu marmer berupa ubin lantai, dan kerajinan lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis rantai pasok, rantai nilai dan menghitung besarnya biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas, efisiensi dan nilai tambah di industri marmer. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis rantai pasok, analisis rantai nilai dan metode hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rantai pasok industri marmer memiliki pelaku utama dan pelaku pendukung. Ketiga aliran rantai pasok yaitu aliran material, uang dan informasi terlihat baik dan pada aktivitas proses saurces hanya limbah cair yang belum dimanfaatkan. Pada rantai nilai secara profitabilitas dan efisiensi produk yang mempunyai nilai tinggi adalah produk kerajinan tangan, dengan nilai profitabilitas sebesar 158,6 %, dan nilai R/C 2,58 %. Pada perhitungan nilai tambah, produk ubin marmer nilai rasio 32,2 %, karena indek rasio nilai tambah berada antara 15% - 40 %, maka nilai tambahnya sedang, sedangkan produk kerajinan bubut nilai rasio 80,6 % dan kerajinan tangan 74,5 %, karena indek rasio nilai tambah berada diatas 40 %, maka nilai tambah produk tersebut tinggi. Dari segi profitabilitas, efisiensi dan nilai tambah yang dihasilkan, industri marmer aceh selatan sudah layak untuk dilakukan pengembangan lebih lanjut.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF MARBLE INDUSTRY WITH SUPPLY AND VALUE CHAINS INTEGRATION “A Case Study of the Marble Industry in Aceh Selatan” ABSTRACT The marble industry development program in Aceh Selatan is a business that processes and produces marble such as flooring tiles and other crafts. The purpose of this study was to analyze the supply chain, value chain and to calculate the cost, revenue, profit, profitability, efficiency and value addition in the marble industry. The methods used in this study were supply and value chain analysis and the Hayami method. The results of this study showed that the supply chain of the marble industry has main and supporting actors. The three supply chain flows were the flow of materials, good money and information, and the saurces process activity on liquid waste only which has not been utilized. In the value chain, the profitability and efficiency of products that have a high value were handicraft products, with a profitability value of 158.6%, and an R/C value of 2.58%. In the calculation of value addition, marble tile products had a ratio value of 32.2%, because the value addition ratio index was between 15% - 40%, the added value was classified into medium category, while lathe products had a ratio of 80.6% and handicrafts 74.5% because the value addition ratio index was above 40%, then the added value of the product was classified into high category. Based on the profitability, efficiency and added value, the marble industry in Aceh Selatan is worthy of further development. Key Words: Value Chain, Supply Chain, Value Addition, Marble Industry.
