RINGKASAN
Kreasi waffle saat ini sangat banyak dan bervariasi agar para konsumen tidak bosan dengan menu waffle, salah satu menu waffle yang menarik ialah waffle coffee. Waffle coffee merupakan kue adonan yang berbahan dasar tepung, susu, telur, mentega yang dikolaborasikan dengan kopi, serta dengan topping selai kopi dan chocochips dibagian atas wafflenya. Persediaan bahan baku adalah salah satu sumber daya perusahaan, yang mempunyai peran penting dalam jalannya sebuah bisnis, karena itu penting untuk memeriksa persediaan bahan baku dengan benar. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses persediaan bahan baku dan jumlah waktu cycle time pada sekali produksi.
Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Lokasi tugas akhir ini dilaksanakan di Banda Aceh Kecamatan Baitussalam, Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang merupakan salah satu tempat yang sangat strategis dalam pembuatan dan pemasaran. Rualng lingkup ini adalah menghitung jumlah bahan baku dan proses produksi waffle coffee.
Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan pada tugas akhir ini, maka pada proses persediaan bahan baku dilakukan melalui perencanaan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tahapan produksi. Pada persediaan bahan baku total biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 183.000. Untuk jumlah masa cycle time pada proses sekali produksi waffle coffee adalah 1 hari 3 jam. Dimana diawalin dengan aktifitas pengadaan bahan baku 1 jam, proses produksi 2 jam, dan pemasaran 1 hari.

SUMMARY Waffle creations are currently numerous and varied so consumers don't get bored with the waffle menu, one of the most interesting waffle menus is the coffee waffle. Waffle coffee is a dough cake made from flour, milk, eggs, butter which is collaborated with coffee, and topped with coffee jam and chocochips on top of the waffle. Raw material inventory is one of the company's resources, which has an important role in the running of a business, because it is important to check raw material inventory properly. The purpose of writing this final project is to determine the raw material inventory process and the total cycle time for one production. The data analysis method used in writing this final assignment uses descriptive analysis methods. The location of this final assignment was carried out in Banda Aceh Baitussalam sub-district, Aceh Besar district which is a very strategic place in the manufacture and marketing. The object to be observed in the process of this final project is the process of procuring effective and efficient raw materials for the waffle coffee product to be produced and sold. The scope of this is to calculate the amount of raw materials and the waffle coffee production process. Based on the results of the discussion in this final project, the raw material inventory process is carried out through planning according to the needs and stages of production. In the raw material inventory, the total costs incurred amounted to IDR 183,000. For the total cycle time in the process of once production of waffle coffee is 1 day 3 hours. Where it begins with 1 hour of procurement of raw materials, 2 hours of production process, and 1 day of marketing.
