Coffee Cheese Roll adalah produk yang di hasilkan oleh kelompok mahasiswa, usaha ini merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang makanan, yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan lain selain makanan pokok tentunya makanan yang bergizi. Agar mengetahui jumlah biaya yang di keluarkan oleh usaha coffee cheese roll ini perlu dilakukan kelayakan usaha sehingga nantinya hasil dari analisi tersebut mampu mengetahui keuntungan yang diperoleh dan kelayakan usaha ini.
Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah: 1. Mengetahui pendapatan dari usaha produk Coffee Cheese Roll: 2. mengetahui kelayakan usaha Coffee Cheese Roll. Objek penelitian ini penulis berfokus pada produk Coffee Cheese Roll, Ruang lingkup tugas akhir ini adalah Kelayakan Usaha Finansial Produk Coffee Cheese Roll di kota Banda Aceh. Lokasi produksi Coffee Cheese Roll di Jln. Lam Kuta, perumahan BLK No. 05, Blang Krueng, Kec. Baitussalam, Aceh Besar, Waktu penelitian tugas akhir ini dilakukan pada 28 Juli sampai 5 September 2022. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode observasi. Metode Observasi adalah teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan suatu pengamatan dengan disertai pencatatan terhadap keadaan atau perilaku objek sasaran.
Hasil analisis produksi biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk produksi Coffee Cheese Roll menunjukkan bahwa total penerimaan adalah Rp. 400.000/ produksi dengan keuntungan Rp. 71.686/ produksi BEP jumlah produksi sebesar 32 kotak dan BEP harga sebesar Rp. 8.207 Nilai R/C Ratio sebesar 1,2 menunjukkan bahwa usaha produk Coffee Cheese Roll sangat menguntungkan serta layak untuk di kembangkan.

SUMMARY Coffee cheese roll is a product produced by student groups. This business is a businesses engaged in the food sector, which aims to meet other needs besides staple food, of course nutritious food. To find out the costs incurred by the coffee chese roll business, it is necessary to carry out business feasibility so that later the results of the analysis are able to determine the benefits and feasibility of this business. The objectives of this final project are: 1. Knowing the income from the Coffee Cheese Roll product business: 2. Knowing the business feasibility of the Coffee Cheese Roll product. The object of this research the author focuses on the Coffee Cheese Roll product. The scope of this final project is the Financial feasibility of Coffee Cheese Roll product in the city of Banda Aceh .The Coffee Cheese Roll production location on Jln. Lam Kuta, housing BLK No. 05, Blang Krueng, Kec. Baitussalam, Aceh Besar, when The research for this thesis was carried out from 28 July to 5 September 2022. The data collection method used in this final project was the observation method. The Observation method is a data collection technique that is carried out by an observation accompanied by recording of the state or behavior of the target object. The results of the analysis of the production costs required for the production of Coffee Cheese Roll show that the total revenue is Rp.400.000/Production with a profit of Rp.71.686/ Production BEP total production of 32 boxes and BEP price of Rp.8.207 . The R/C Ratio value of 1,2 indicates that the Coffee Cheese Roll product business is profitable and feasible to be developed.
