KEBIJAKAN DINAS PEMUDA OLAHRAGA DAN PARIWISATA KABUPATEN PIDIE JAYADALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI ATLET PPLPD

Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata dibentuk dengan tujuan untuk melaksanakan tugas-tugas daerah di bidang Pemuda, Olahraga, Pariwisata, dan Ekonomi kreatif. Kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata memiliki tujuan-tujuan yang fokus pada permasalahan. Dalam bidang olahraga, prestasi atlet PPLPD menjadi tujuan utama dalam bidang olahraga sehingga kebijakan yang ada menjadi hal penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi atlet PPLD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan yang ada dan bagaimana pelaksanaan hingga hambatan yang ada di Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata dalam meningkatkan pretasi atlet PPLPD di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yaitu dengan pendekatan analisis terkait kebijakan Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan responden yang mengerti terkait kebijakan yang ada. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan analisis hasil wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi pennelitian. Hasil penelitian adalah kebijakan menentukan penjaringan dan pembinaan atlet terjadwal dengan baik dan teratur, kemudian pentingnya kebijakan dengan mempertimbangkan prioritas terhadap penyesuaian anggaran yang ada serta sarana dan prasarana, penyusunan dan target tiap cabang olahraga juga harus menjadi kebijakan penting dalam peningkatan prestasi atlet PPLPD.

THE POLICY OF THE YOUTH DEPARTMENT OF SPORTS AND TOURISM OF PIDIE JAYA DISTRICT IN INCREASING ACHIEVEMENT OF PPLPD ATHLETIC ABSTRACT (Zesna) The Youth, Sports and Tourism Office was formed with the aim of carrying out regional tasks in the fields of Youth, Sports, Tourism, and the Creative Economy. The policies carried out by the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office have goals that focus on problems. In the field of sports, the achievements of PPLPD athletes are the main goal in the field of sports so that existing policies are important in improving the achievements of PPLD athletes. Based on the problem definition, the problem can be formulated as follows: 'How are the existing policies at the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office in Pidie Jaya Regency in improving the achievements of PPLPD athletes'. This study aims to determine the existing policies and how they are implemented to the obstacles that exist in the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office in improving the performance of PPLPD athletes in Pidie Jaya Regency. This research is qualitative research with an analytical approach related to the policies of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office in Pidie Jaya Regency. The method used is interviews with respondents who understand the existing policies. Analysis technique used is the analysis of the results of interviews, field notes, and research documentation. The result of the research is the policy of determining the selection and coaching of athletes is scheduled properly and regularly, then the importance of the policy by considering priorities for adjusting the existing budget and facilities and infrastructure, the preparation and targets of each sport must also be an important policy in improving the achievement of PPLPD athletes.
