Gedung Academic Activity Center (AAC) Dayan Dawood adalah salah satu unit usaha non-akademik Universitas Syiah Kuala yang berfokus pada penyewaan ruangan dan fasilitas untuk berbagai keperluan. Namun prosedur penyewaan gedung AAC saat ini masih konvensional atau manual sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan seperti informasi harga dan fasilitas belum dapat diakses oleh umu serta rentan terjadi kesilapan dan kehilangan data reservasi sehingga kalkulasi pendapatan tidak optimal. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat mengelola penyewaan gedung Academic Activity Center (AAC) Dayan Dawood dengan dua golongan pengguna yaitu admin dan penyewa. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan database MYSQL. Proses pembuatan sistem menerapkan metode Scrum sebagai project management. Pengujian sistem terdiri dari pengujian fungsionalitas menggunakan Black Box Testing dan Usability Testing menggunakan UMUX-LIte. Black Box Testing telah berhasil menjalankan semua scenario pengujian sesuai dengan semestinya. Usability Testing dilakukan kepada 29 responden dan menghasilkan skor 83.97, aplikasi masuk pada kategori “A” sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi dapat diterima dengan grade scale “B” dan adjective rating nya adalah “GOOD”.

The Dayan Dawood Academic Activity Center (AAC) building is a non-academic business unit at Universitas Syiah Kuala that provides rental services for meeting rooms and their facilities. However, the current AAC building rental procedure is still conventional or manual, causing problems such as price information and facilities that are not yet accessible to the general public and are prone to errors and loss of reservation data so that the income calculation is not optimal. Therefore a website-based information system is needed that can manage the rental of the Dayan Dawood Academic Activity Center (AAC) building with two user groups, namely admin and tenants. This system was built using the CodeIgniter framework and MYSQL database. The system creation process uses the Scrum method as project management. System testing consists of testing functionality using Black Box Testing and Usability Testing using UMUX-Lite. Black Box testing has successfully run all test scenarios as they should. Usability Testing was carried out on 29 respondents and produced a score of 83.97, the application is in the "A" category so that it can be concluded that the application can be accepted with a "B" rating scale and the adjective rating is "GOOD".
