Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh organization mission fulfillment dan perceived organization support terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh work engagement eada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syariah Area Banda Aceh. Data diperoleh melalui survey terhadap 144 karyawan Pegadaian Syariah Area Banda Aceh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa organization fulfillment, perceived organization support, dan work engagement secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap job performance. Hasil penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa organization mission fulfillment juga berpengaruh terhadap variabel mediator, yaitu work engagement pada pengaruh variabel organization mission fulfillmenr dan perceived organization support terhadap job performance.

This study aims to determine the relationship between organization mission fulfillment and perceived organization support on job performance with work engagement as a mediator. Data obtained through a survey of 144 employees of Pegadain Syariah Area Banda Aceh. The analytical method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the study found that organization mission fulfillment, perceived organization support and job performance directly affect job performance. The results of the study also found that organization mission fulfillment also influenced the mediator variables, namely work engagement on the influence of organization mission fulfillment variables and perceived organization support on job performance.
