Pada era revolusi industri 4.0, keterampilan nonteknis menjadi modal dasar bagi lulusan perguruan tinggi. Mahasiswa dituntut mampu bersaing di era globalisasi mewujudkan visi dan misinya,namun kurangnya sikap tanggung jawab,sikap acuh terhadap diri sendiri, kurang mandiri dan perbuatan lain yang tidak mencerminkan sikap yang baik.Sehingga membutuhkan perhatian berbagai pihak, salah satunya beasiswa pendidikan kewirausahaan. Program beasiswa Mien R. Uno Foundation Entrepreneur Development for Youth (MRUF ENVOY) merupakan yayasan yang memiliki fokus dalam mengembangkan kemandirian pemuda indonesia melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan beasiswa Mruf Envoy terhadap sikap Tanggung Jawab pada mahasiswa Enterpreneur, Untuk mengetahui hubungan beasiswa Mruf Envoy terhadap sikap Mandiri pada mahasiswa Enterpreneur, untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap Tanggung Jawab dan Mandiri pada mahasiswa Enterpreneur. Teori belajar (humanistic perspective) menurut Abraham Maslow manusia dituntun agar memiliki sifat tanggung jawab, kebebasan menemukan jalan kehidupannya dan orang sekitarnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasi berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner melalui google form. Subjek dalam penelitian seluruh penerima beasiswa dengan teknik analisis Probability Sampling yang meliputi Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden.Teknik analisis statistik data yang meliputi uji intrumen terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reabilitas. Uji prasyarat terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linieritas, uji product moment, uji korelasi dan uji korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa :1.Tidak terdapat hubungan beasiswa Mruf Envoy (X) terhadap sikap Tanggung (Y1), dikarenakan nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,036 yang artinya < dari (0,05). 2.Terdapat hubungan antara beasiswa Mruf Envoy (X) dengan sikap Mandiri (Y2), dikarenakan nilai sig 2-tailed nya sebesar 0,052 yang artinya lebih > dari (0,05). 3.Terdapat hubungan antara beasiswa Mruf Envoy dengan sikap Tanggung Jawab dan sikap Mandiri , diketahui dari nilai R R nya 0,406 lebih > dari (0,05). berada pada tingkat koefisien cukup atau tinggi. Penelitian Hubungan Beasiswa Mruf Envoy terhadap sikap tanggung jawab dan sikap mandiri pada mahasiswa Enterpreneur ini bisa dikembangkan lebih luas terutama pada penelitian beasiswa lainnya.

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, non-technical skills became the basic capital for university graduates. Students are required to be able to compete in the era of globalization in realizing their vision and mission, but lack of responsibility, indifference to oneself, lack of independence and other actions that do not reflect a good attitude. This requires the attention of various parties, one of which is entrepreneurship scholarships. The Mien R. Uno Foundation Entrepreneur Development for Youth (MRUF ENVOY) scholarship program is a foundation that focuses on developing the independence of Indonesian youth in entrepreneurship education. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the Mruf Envoy scholarship and the attitude of responsibility in Entrepreneur students. Learning theory (humanistic perspective) according to Abraham Maslow humans are led to have the nature of responsibility, freedom to find their way of life and the people around them. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple correlation types. Data collection techniques using questionnaires via google form. The subjects in the study were all scholarship recipients using the Probability Sampling analysis technique which included Simple Random Sampling with a total sample of 40 respondents. Statistical data analysis techniques included instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests. The prerequisite test consists of a normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, product moment test, correlation test and multiple correlation test. The results showed that: 1. There is no relationship between Mruf Envoy scholarship (X) and Responsibility (Y1), because the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.036 which means < than (0.05). 2. There is a relationship between the Mruf Envoy scholarship (X) and the Independent attitude (Y2), because the sig 2-tailed value is 0.052, which means more than (0.05). 3. There is a relationship between the Mruf Envoy scholarship and the attitude of responsibility and independence, it is known from the R R value of 0.406 more than (0.05). is at a sufficient or high coefficient level. Research on the relationship between the Mruf Envoy Scholarship and the attitude of responsibility and independence in Entrepreneur students can be developed more broadly, especially in other scholarship research.
