DETERMINAN COVERAGE VAKSIN COVID-19 DI PROVINSI ACEH TAHUN 2021

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang: COVID-19 telah menjadi masalah diseluruh dunia atau secara global mengalami perubahan pada saaat beraktifitas setiap harinya. Indonesia telah menetapkan berbagai macam strategi untuk mengatasi masalah pandemi ini, salah satunya adalah mencengah penyebaran COVID-19 yang sangat mudah ditularkan ke individu lain dengan menggunakan masker, jaga jarak, dan prilaku hidup bersih sehat dan vaksinasi (sampai 3 tahap) dilakukan disetiap tempat kerja atau instansi pemerintah, salah satunya adalah rumah sakit dan puskesmas di Aceh yang menjadi tempat rujukan untuk pasien berobat dan vaksinasi COVID-19. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan coverage vaksinasi COVID-19 di Aceh tahun 2021.
Motodologi Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan analisis lanjut data sekunder dari KPC PEN (2021). Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu ketercapaian vaksinasi per 31 Desember 2021 di 23 Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Aceh. Teknik pengembilan sampel menggunakan total populasi. Total populasi adalah seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata proporsi Coverage Vaksin di Aceh sebesar 69,30% dengan persentase minimal 46% dan tertinggi 102%. Kemudian analisa berikutnya menunjukkan bahwa variabel SDM vaksinator diperoleh nilai Pvalue 0,0001 menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara SDM Vaksinator dengan Coverage vaksin COVID-19.
Kesimpulan: Perencanaan SDM baiknya dipersiapkan lebih matang sehingga akan meminimalisir kemungkinan kesalahan dimasa yang akan datang akan SDM sangat menunjang peningkatan Coverage vaksin COVID-19 di Aceh. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang vaksin COVID-19 diperlukan informasi yang baik dan akurat, hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan penyuluhan dan kemudahan akses terhadap layanan vaksinasi COVID-19 agar masyarakat bisa vaksinasi.

Indonesia has set various strategies to overcome this pandemic problem, one of which is preventing the spread of COVID-19 which is very easily transmitted to other individuals by using masks, maintaining distance, and practicing clean and healthy living and vaccinations (up to 3 stages) are carried out in every workplace. or government agencies, one of which is hospitals and health centers in Aceh which are the referral places for patients for treatment and COVID-19 vaccinations. Objective: This study aims to determine the determinants of COVID-19 vaccination coverage in Aceh in 2021. Method: This study is a further analysis of secondary data from KPC PEN (2021). The sample in this study is the achievement of vaccination as of December 31, 2021 in 23 districts/cities of Aceh Province. The sampling technique used was the total population. Total population is the entire population sampled using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Result: The results showed that the average proportion of vaccine coverage in Aceh was 69.30% with a minimum percentage of 46% and the highest percentage of 102%. Then the next analysis showed that the vaccinator Human Resource (HR) variable obtained a P value of 0.0001 indicating that there was a significant relationship between the vaccinator HR and the COVID-19 vaccine coverage. Conclusion: Planning should be prepared more thoroughly so that it will minimize the possibility of mistakes in the future. HR will greatly support the increase in coverage of the COVID-19 vaccine in Aceh. To increase public knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine, good and accurate information is needed, this can be done through counseling and easy access to COVID-19 vaccination services so that people can be vaccinated.
