Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara supervisor support dan colleague support terhadap work engagement dengan possibilities for professional development sebagai mediasi. Data diperoleh melalui survei terhadap 159 orang sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa supervisor support, colleague support, dan possibilities for professional development secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap work engagement. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa supervisor support dan colleague support berpengaruh terhadap mediator yaitu possibilities for professional development, sehingga possibilities for professional development dapat menjadi mediator pada hubungan variabel supervisor support dan collegaue support terhadap work engagement.

This study aims to determine the relationship between supervisor support and colleague support to work engagement with possibilities for professional development as a mediation. Data were obtained through a survey of 159 people as a representative sample of the research population. The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the study found that perceptions of supervisor support, colleague support and possibilities for professional development directly affect work engagement. The results also found that the supervisor support and colleague support the mediator variable, namely possibilities for professional development, so that possibilities for professional development is able to become a mediator on the relationship between the variable supervisor support and colleague support to work engagement.
