Penelitian ini berjudul : “Persepsi Guru PPKn Terhadap Program Sekolah Penggerak di SMAN 3 Banda Aceh”. Latar belakang penulisan skripsi ini adalah adanya kebijakan-kebijakan baru yang dikeluarkan Pemerintah seperti program sekolah penggerak, tentunya akan mempengaruhi metode belajar mengajar antar pendidik dan peserta didik. Hal ini akan menimbulkan perbedaan persepsi dikalangan guru, terutama guru PPKn. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan program sekolah penggerak di SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. (2) Untuk mengetahui persepsi guru PPKN terhadap program sekolah penggerak di SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. (3) Untuk mengetahui kendala pelaksanaan program sekolah penggerak di SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitataif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik wawancara. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualiatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 2 orang guru PPKn di SMAN 3 Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pelaksanaan program sekolah penggerak di SMAN 3 Banda Aceh telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan ketentuan program sekolah penggerak. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh SMAN 3 Banda Aceh pada mata pelajaran PPKn adalah proses belajar mengajar berorientasi pada peserta didik, (2) Persepsi guru PPKn terhadap pelaksanaan program sekolah penggerak di SMAN 3 Banda Aceh memiliki persepsi yang positif. Dengan diterapkannya program sekolah penggerak dapat meningkatkan kompetensi kepala sekolah dan guru, meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan tentunya dapat meningkatkan keaktifan hasil belajar peserta didik, (3) Kendala dalam pelaksanaan program sekolah penggerak di SMAN 3 Banda Aceh pengadaan komputer yang masih terbatas dan jaringan internet juga terbatas, dan alat peraga yang juga belum tersedia untuk semua mata pelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan program sekolah penggerak di SMAN 3 Banda Aceh telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, persepsi guru PPKn terhadap pelaksanaan program sekolah penggerak di SMAN 3 Banda Aceh memiliki persepsi yang positif, namun dalam pelaksanaanya mengalami kendala dalam pengadaan sarana yang masih terbatas.

The background of writing this thesis is the existence of new policies issued by the Government such as the driving school program, of course it will affect teaching and learning methods between educators and students. This will lead to different perceptions among teachers, especially PPKn teachers. This study aims (1) to explain the implementation of the driving school program at SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. (2) To find out the PPKN teacher's perception of the driving school program at SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. (3) To find out the obstacles in implementing the driving school program at SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques in the form of interview techniques. While the data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Informants in this study amounted to 2 PPKn teachers at SMAN 3 Banda Aceh. The results showed that (1) the implementation of the drive school program at SMAN 3 Banda Aceh had been carried out well and in accordance with the provisions of the driving school program. One of the activities carried out by SMAN 3 Banda Aceh in Civics subjects is the teaching and learning process oriented to students, (2) The perception of PPKn teachers on the implementation of the driving school program at SMAN 3 Banda Aceh has a positive perception. With the implementation of the driving school program, it can improve the competence of principals and teachers, improve the quality of education and of course can increase the activeness of student learning outcomes, (3) Obstacles in implementing the driving school program at SMAN 3 Banda Aceh, the provision of computers is still limited and the internet network is also limited , and teaching aids which are also not yet available for all subjects. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the driving school program at SMAN 3 Banda Aceh has been carried out well, the perception of PPKn teachers on the implementation of the driving school program at SMAN 3 Banda Aceh has a positive perception, but in its implementation there are obstacles in the provision of facilities which are still limited.
