ABSTRACT Membrane adsorption purolit has been made from polymer chitosan and particulate purolite with composition 3%(w/v) chitosan, 15%(v/v) dimethyl formamide and 60% adsorbent in this research. The characterization result of membrane indicates that the membrane have 42.84% of porosity, 74.95% of swelling degree and 258.4 L/m2h water flux.
