ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya budget ratcheting pada pemerintahan daerah di Aceh. Budget Ratcheting adalah kenaikan anggaran yang disebabkan varian anggaran tahun sebelumnya yang dimasukkan pada anggaran tahun selanjutnya.
