ABSTRACT The purpose of this reaseach is to examine the influence of human resources, organizational culture, and information technology on government readiness in implementing accrual accounting. Population of the research is 56 SKPA (Satuan Kerja Perangkat Aceh). Using simple random sampling technique, 46 SKPA were selected to be samples of the research with 92 respondents in total.
