This descriptive qualitative research was conducted to discover the real implementation of Information-Gap Task in improving students’ speaking skill at SMA Tunas Bangsa Aceh Barat Daya. The subjects of this research were teacher who applies Information-Gap Task and the 32 first grade students chosen through purposive sampling technique.
