ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan keberhasilan sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi korelasi (correlation study). Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 45 karyawan dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling dan menggunakan rumus slovin.
Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden. Data yang terkumpul berasal dari 45 karyawan pada PT Telekominikasi Indonesia Tbk Banda Aceh. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis) untuk menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan keberhasilan sistem informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Banda Aceh.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) komitmen organisasi dan keberhasilan system informasi bersama-sama berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) keberhasilan system informasi berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational commitment and the success of accounting information systems on the performance of employees at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Banda Aceh. This type of research used in this study is the study of the correlation (correlation study). The number of samples in this study were 45 employees by using probability sampling with simple random sampling technique and using Slovin formula.
The type of data used is primary data gotten from questionnaires directly to the respondent. Data were collected from 45 employees in PT Telekominikasi Indonesia Tbk Banda Aceh. This hypothesis was tested by multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) to examine the effect of organizational commitment and the success of information systems on the performance of employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Banda Aceh.
The results of this study indicate that (1) organizational commitment and the success of information systems simultaneously have influence toward the performance of employees (2) organizational commitment has influence toward the performance of employees significantly (3) the success of information systems has influence toward the performance of employees significantly
