olahraga Motocross merupakan bentuk olahraga bidang otomotif yang saling mengadu kemampuan pembalap dan mesin. Selain itu dari olahraga ini membutuhkan keberanian yang cukup besar, olahraga Motocross termasuk ke dalam kategori olahraga exstrem dan juga olahraga yang berprestasi. Motocross merupakan olahraga yang menggunakan kendaraan atau motor dengan spesifikasi khusus yang diperuntukan untuk cabang olahraga tersebut, tidak hanya mengandalkan kemampuan pembalap semata namun juga berkompetisi secara maksimal. Pada Kota Banda Aceh terdapat Forum Racing yang tempat latihannya berlokasi di bawah jembatan Lamnyong, forum tersebut mempunyai sebuah Team Motocross. Berdasarkan alasan yang telah dijelaskan diatas maka penting dilakukan penelitian ini agar didapatkan data dan fakta kondisi fisik pada atlet Motocross Kota Banda Aceh tahun 2021.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kondisi Fisik Dominan Pada Atlet Motocross Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2021. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Atlet Motocross Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2021 yang berjumlah 6 orang, adapun yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 6 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yamg dilakukan peneliti adalah Total Sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Perhitungan nilai rata – rata dan perhitungan nilai persentase. Untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, peneliti menggunakan Tes. Data penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan perhitungan nilai rata – rata dan perhitungan nilai presentase.
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan fisik dominan atlet Motocross Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2021 berada pada katagori “Cukup”. Hal ini disebabkan pelaksanaan latihan fisik yang kontinu yang diberikan oleh pelatih Motocross Kota Banda Aceh.

Apart from that, this sport requires considerable courage, Motocross is included in the category of extreme sports and is also an accomplished sport. Motocross is a sport that uses vehicles or motorbikes with special specifications that are intended for this sport, not only relying on the ability of racers but also competing to the fullest. In the city of Banda Aceh there is a Racing Forum whose training ground is located under the Lamnyong bridge, the forum has a Motocross Team. Based on the reasons described above, it is important to do this research in order to obtain data and facts on the physical condition of Motocross athletes in Banda Aceh City in 2021. This study aims to determine the Dominant Physical Condition of Motocross Athletes in Banda Aceh City in 2021. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all Motocross Athletes in Banda Aceh City in 2021, totaling 6 people, while the samples in this study were 6 people. The sampling technique carried out by the researcher is Total Sampling. The data analysis technique in this study uses the calculation of the average value and the calculation of the percentage value. To collect research data, researchers used tests. The research data was processed using the calculation of the average value and the calculation of the percentage value. It can be concluded that the dominant physical ability of the Motocross athlete in Banda Aceh City in 2021 is in the "Enough" category. This is due to the continuous physical exercise provided by the Banda Aceh City Motocross trainer.
