ABSTRAK

Permasalahan sosial seperti kemiskinan, pengangguran dan ketimpangan ekonomi menjadi tantangan bagi Pemko Banda Aceh untuk memberikan program pelayanan yang terbaik bagi masyarakat. Program yang dilakukan Pemko Banda Aceh yaitu : bantuan bedah rumah, bantuan peralatan kerja dan bantuan penyandang disabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Implementasi Program Sosial Wali Kota Banda Aceh terhadap Citra Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan teori management relationship. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh yang dikategorikan dengan usia 17-60 tahun. untuk menentukan jumlah sampel digunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 150 orang. Sementara teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu, proportional stratified sampling, purposive sampling dan accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode non probability sampling dan probability sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji hipotesis dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh, nilai thitung 6,385 dan ttabel 1,976 (df = 148) pada taraf signifikansi 5% (0,005) sehingga dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima atau dengan kata lain ada pengaruh implementasi program sosial Wali Kota Banda Aceh terhadap citra pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh.

ABSTRACT Social problems such as poverty, unemployment and economic inequality are challenges for the Pemko Banda Aceh to provide the best service programs for the community. The programs carried out by the Banda Aceh City Government are: house renovation assistance, work equipment assistance and assistance for persons with disabilities. This study aims to determine how much influence the Banda Aceh Mayor's Social Program Implementation has on the Banda Aceh City Government Image. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and uses the theory of relationship management. The population in this study is the people of Banda Aceh City who are categorized by the age of 17-60 years. Slovin formula is used to determine the number of samples so that a sample of 150 people is obtained. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used is proportional stratified sampling, purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The data collection technique used in this research is field research by distributing questionnaires to selected respondents using non-probability sampling and probability sampling methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, hypothesis test and simple linear regression analysis. From the research results obtained, the value of tcount is 6.385 and ttable is 1.976 (df = 148) at a significance level of 5% (0.005) so that it can be concluded that Ha is accepted or in other words there is an effect of the implementation of the Mayor of Banda Aceh's social program on the image of the Banda Aceh City government.
