Penerapan clinical pathway sangat penting dalam upaya mengoptimalkan pelayanan dan sebagai alat pendukung akreditasi rumah sakit, tingkat kepatuhan penerapan clinical pathway di Ruang Rawat Inap sudah mencapai 80% tetapi hanya pada diagnosis DBD anak dari 5 diagnosis penyakit lainnya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan penerapan clinical pathway dengan pelaksanaan pelayanan keperawatan di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif; korelasi dengan desain cross sectional study. Jumlah populasi 68 responden. Pengambilan sampel secara total sampling yaitu 68 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, chi-square test dan regresi binary logistic, instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner ICPAT dan kuesioner Servquale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan dokumentasi clinical pathway (p=0,004) dan pengembangan clinical pathway (p=0,021) dengan pelaksanaan pelayanan keperawatan di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Tidak ada hubungan implementasi clinical pathway (p=0,776), maintenance clinical pathway (p=0,357), dan peran organisasi rumah sakit dalam clinical pathway (p=0,079) dengan pelaksanaan pelayanan keperawatan di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil uji multivariat menunjukkan bahwa dokumentasi clinical pathway (p=0,003 dan OR; 6.750) merupakan prediktor yang signifikan dan paling dominan berhubungan dibandingkan dokumentasi keperawatan yang tidak menggunakan format clinical pathway dengan pelaksanaan pelayanan keperawatan di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Kepada pihak terkait perlu adanya kebijakan, dukungan yang berwujud, dan peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia dalam upaya pengembangan clinical pathway, sehingga implementasi clinical pathway dapat diterapkan pada Ruang Rawat Inap dan diagnosis penyakit lainnya di RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh.

The application of clinical pathway is very important in efforts to optimize services and as a support tool for hospital accreditation, the level of compliance with the application of clinical pathways in inpatient rooms has reached 80% but only on the diagnosis of pediatric DBD from 5 other disease diagnoses. The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship of clinical pathway application with the implementation of nursing services in the Inpatien room of the Meuraxa District General Hospital in Banda Aceh City. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical tests, chi-square tests and logistic binary regression, research instruments using ICPAT questionnaires and Servqual questionnaires. The results showed that there is a relationship of clinical pathway documentation (p =0.004) and clinical pathway development (p=0.021) with the implementation of nursing services in the Inpatien room of the Meuraxa District General Hospital in Banda Aceh City. There is no relationship between the implementation of clinical pathway (p=0.776), maintenance clinical pathway (p=0.357), and the role of hospital organizations in clinical pathway (p=0.079) with the implementation of nursing services in Inpatien room of the Meuraxa District General Hospital in Banda Aceh City. Multivariate test results showed that clinical pathway documentation (p=0.003 and OR; 6,750) was a significant and most dominant predictor of nursing documentation that did not use the clinical pathway format with the implementation of nursing services in Inpatien room of the Meuraxa District General Hospital in Banda Aceh City. To the relevant parties, there needs to be policies, tangible support, and improvement of human resource competence in clinical pathway development efforts. Therefore, the implementation of clinical pathways can be applied to inpatient rooms and diagnosis of other diseases in Meuraxa Hospital Banda Aceh.
