Proyek Pembangunan Rehabilitas dan Renovasi Sarana Prasarana Sekolah SMP
Negeri 3 Bireuen bertujuan untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar dari segi saranan
dan prasarana dalam menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah. Perencanaan
estimasi material dan tenaga kerja dilakukan untuk mengetahui besaran kebutuhan
dan biaya yang dibutuhkan. Dengan adanya perencanaan ulang material dan tenaga
kerja maka diharapkan kesediaan material dan tenaga kerja disaat pelaksanaan akan
sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan sehingga tidak terjadi keterlambatan pelaksanaan.

Bireuen, terletak di Jalan Medan – Banda Aceh, Bireun Mns (Meunasah) Reuluet,
Kecamatan Kota Juang, Kabupaten Bireun, objek bangunan merupakan gedung
yang terdiri dari unit A dan unit B dengan dana untuk Pelaksanaan sebesar
Rp652.506.012.06. Hasil perencanaan memberikan informasi kebutuhan dan biaya
material serta tenaga kerja. Kebutuhan material semen portland sebesar 560 zak,
pasir beton sebesar 19 m3, kerikil sebanyak 11 m3, kebutuhan air yaitu 3283 ltr,
kebutuhan besi beton polos sebesar 647,199 kg, kebutuhan kawat beton sebesar
9,246 kg, kebutuhan kayu kelas III sebanyak 3.687 m3, kebutuhan paku sejumlah
39.831 kg, kebutuhan minyak bekisting sebanyak 8,774 ltr, kebutuhan balok kayu
kelas II sebanyak 5,627 m3, kebutuhan plywood sebesar 15,355 m2 , kebutuhan
dolken kayu sebanyak 101 btg, kebutuhan bata sebanyak 8542 bh dan kebutuhan
pasir pasang sebesar 22,823 m3 dan kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk pekerja sebanyak
147 orang, kebutuhan tukang sebanyak 148 orang, kebutuhan kepala tukang
sebanyak 96 orang dan kebutuhan mandor sebesar 110 orang, dengan biaya total
material sebesar Rp 137.982.173,22 dan tenaga kerja menghabiskan biaya sebesar
Rp 60.330.000,00
