Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Pengadilan Militer I – 01 Banda Aceh merupakan
salah satu konstruksi yang menggunakan konstruksi beton bertulang. Proyek ini
berlokasi di JL. Tengku Imum No. 108 Blang Cut, Lueng Bata, Kota Banda. Proyek
ini merupakan lanjutan konstruksi renovasi dan perluasan Gedung Pengadilan
Militer dengan no kontrak W1-Mil-01/B-079/U-013/II/2020. Pada tugas akhir ini
membahas tentang perbandingan biaya pekerjaan yang dihitung oleh kontraktor
dangan hasil berdasarkan harga pasar tahun 2021 pada Kecamatan Lhueng Bata.
Karya Mukti Bersaudara sebagai kontraktor untuk melaksanakan pembangunan
tersebut dengan nilai kontrak Rp 22.570.734.001. Hasil perencanaan memberikan
informasi perbandingan biaya pada pekerjaan struktur lantai 1 dan lantai 2 dalam
bentuk histogram untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbandingan biaya dari setiap
pekerjaan yang dihitung. Pada pembangunan gedung pengadilanmiliter 1-01 Banda
Aceh biaya yang dibutuhkan berdaskan hasil survey sebesar Rp 1.905.139.234.90.
sedangkan total biaya hitungan kontraktor sebesar Rp 1.865.326.152.75 dan selisih
harga dari kedua perhitungan tersebut senilai Rp 39.813.082.15. Perhitungan harga
total berdasarkan kontraktor lebih hemat 2% faktor ini dikarenakan pada saat
perhitungan volume ulang, ada beberapa pekerjaan yang tidak tertera di RAB tetapi
ada pada gambar (shop drawing) dan saat perhitungan volume ulang ukuran yang
diambil sesuai dengan gambar yang ada setelah dihitung kembali mendapatkan
volume yang berbeda. Hasil time schedule berupa lama pekerjaan struktural lantai
1 dan lantai 2 menurut hasil perhitungan membutuhkan waktu selama 7 bulan
sedangkan lama pengerjaan pada data kontraktor yaitu 8 bulan selisih waktu antar
keduanya adalah 1 bulan, Berdasarkan Time Schedule kontraktor dan Time
Schedule hasil ada beberapa pekerjaan yang waktu pengerjaannya sama
dikarenakan pekerjaan tersebut terhubung atau senyawa dan ada waktu pengerjaan
yang berbeda. Adapun beberapa pekerjaan yang sama yaitu, kolom praktis, balok
latai elv 3,55, plat sunwearing elv 4,00, plat meja kitchen dll. Sedangkan pekerjaan
yangmemiliki waktu yang berbeda yaitu pekerjaan beton bertulang kolom type K.3,
list plank (LP.2) elv + 10,10, ring balok (R.4) elv +11,75, plat dack talang beton elv
+10,75.

The Military Court Building Project I – 01 Banda Aceh is one of the constructions that uses reinforced concrete construction. This project is located at JL. Tengku Imum No. 108 Blang Cut, Lueng Bata, Banda City. This project is a continuation of the construction of the renovation and expansion of the Military Court Building with the contract number W1-Mil-01/B-079/U-013/II/2020. This final project discusses the comparison of work costs calculated by contractors with results based on market prices in 2021 in Lhueng Bata District. Karya Mukti Brothers as a contractor to carry out the construction with a contract value of Rp 22,570,734,001. The planning results provide cost comparison information on the 1st and 2nd floor structural works in the form of a histogram to find out how much the cost comparison of each work is calculated. In the construction of the military court building 1-01 Banda Aceh, the required cost based on the survey results was Rp. 1,905,139,234.90. while the total cost of the contractor's calculation is Rp. 1,865,326,152.75 and the difference in the price of the two calculations is Rp. 39,813,082.15. Calculation of the total price based on the contractor saves 2% this factor because at the time of recalculation of the volume, there are several jobs that are not listed in the RAB but are in the shop drawings and when recalculation of the volume the sizes are taken according to the existing drawings after being re-calculated get different volumes. The results of the time schedule in the form of the length of structural work on the 1st floor and 2nd floor according to the calculation results take 7 months while the duration of work on the contractor data is 8 months, the time difference between the two is 1 month, Based on the contractor's Time Schedule and Time Schedule results there are several jobs that take a long time. The work is the same because the work is connected or compound and there are different processing times. As for some of the same work, namely, practical columns, 3.55 elv floor beams, sunwearing elv 4.00 plates, kitchen table plates etc. While the work that has a different time is the type of reinforced concrete column K.3, list plank (LP.2) elv + 10.10, ring beam (R.4) elv +11.75, slab of concrete gutters elv +10 ,75.
