The study was to elaborate theories and research findings about the use of cartoon movie in teaching speaking for young learner. This is a library research. Data collection done from books, journals, articles that related to the using of cartoon movie in teaching for young learners. In analyzing the data the writer elaborated and discussed how to use cartoon movie in teaching learning specially for speaking class. After the analyzing the data, the writer found that teaching English through cartoon movie is an effective technique in increasing students speaking ability. Based on theories and finding research, it is concluded that the use of movie as teaching media can be one of the solutions to improve students speaking. Therefore. English teachers are suggested to use the movie as teaching media to improve students speaking.
