Masa pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan perubahan psikologis terhadap kelompok lanjut usia yang terdiri dari depresi, ansietas, dan stres. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran psikologis lanjut usia selama masa pandemi COVID-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kuta Alam Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif melalui pendekatan cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 107 responden. Alat penumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Depression Anxiety Sress Scale 21 (DASS-21). Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran psikologis pada sub variabel depresi sebagian besar berada pada kategori normal 73 responden (68,2%), sub variabel ansietas menunjukkan hampir setengahnya pada kategori normal 47 responden (43,9%), dan sub variabel stres sebagian besar pada kategori normal 73 responden (68,2%). Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dapat memberikan promosi kesehatan kepada lanjut usia mengenai psikologis berupa depresi, ansietas dan stres serta informasi mengenai COVID-19 agar kesejahteraan psikologis lanjut usia dapat ditingkatkan dan dipertahankan.

The COVID-19 pandemic has provided psychological changes to the elderly group consisting of depression, anxiety, and stress. This study aimed to determine the psychological picture of the elderly during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Kuta Alam Public Health Center, Banda Aceh. The type of research was descriptive through a cross sectional study approach. A purposive sampling technique was used in this research with a total sample of 107 respondents. The research instrument was a Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 21 (DASS-21) questionnaire. The data were analyzed through univariate analysis. The results showed that the psychological description of the depression sub-variable was mainly in the normal category of 73 respondents (68.2%), the anxiety sub-variable showed almost half of it in the normal category of 47 respondents (43.9%), and the stress sub-variable was mainly in the normal of 73 respondents (68.2%). It is hoped that healthcare professionals could provide health promotion to the elderly about psychological in the form of depression, anxiety, stress, and information about COVID-19. Thus, the psychological welfare of the elderly could be improved and maintained.
