Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Wirausaha Sulam di
Aceh, lokasi penelitian di lima Kabupaten yaitu Wirausaha Sulam di Banda Aceh,
Aceh Besar, Bireun, Lhokseumawe dan Aceh Barat. Metode pengambilan sampel
digunakan yaitu Proportional Stratified Sampling. Kemudian dilakukan random
sampling pada masing-masing Kota atau Kabupaten dengan jumlah total sebanyak
198 Wirausaha Sulam. Penelitian ini menggunakan AMOS Structural Equation
Model (SEM), sebagai alat analisis data. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh Rekrutmen
Tenaga Kerja, Pelatihan Wirausaha, Orientasi Wirausaha berpengaruh positif
terhadap Komitmen Wirausaha dan kinerja Wirausaha. Sedangkan Inovasi
Organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen Wirausaha dan kinerja
Wirausaha. Variabel komitmen Wirausaha berperan sebagai variabel intervening
dan memediasi hubungan rekrutmen tenaga kerja dengan kinerja Wirausaha, yaitu
Fully Mediated. Variabel komitmen Wirausaha tidak berperan sebagai variabel
intervening dan tidak memediasi hubungan pelatihan Wirausaha dengan kinerja
Wirausaha (Partial Mediated). Variabel komitmen Wirausaha tidak berperan
sebagai variabel intervening dan tidak memediasi hubungan Orientasi Wirausaha
dengan kinerja Wirausaha. Variabel komitmen Wirausaha tidak berperan sebagai
variabel intervening dan tidak memediasi hubungan Orientasi Wirausaha dengan
kinerja Wirausaha (Partially Mediated). Variabel komitmen Wirausaha tidak
berperan sebagai variabel intervening dan tidak memediasi hubungan Inovasi
Organisasi dengan kinerja Wirausaha (Non Mediated).

This study aimed to analyze the performance of embroidery entrepreneurs in Aceh in five districts consisting of embroidery entrepreneurs in Banda Aceh, Aceh Besar, Bireun, Lhokseumawe, and West Aceh. The sampling method used was Proportional Stratified Sampling, which then carried out random sampling in each city or district with a total of 198 embroidery entrepreneurs. This study used AMOS Structural Equation Model (SEM) as a tool for data analysis. The test results showed that Workforce Recruitment, Entrepreneurship Training, and Entrepreneurial Orientation had a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Commitment and entrepreneurial performance. Meanwhile, organizational innovation had no positive influence on entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial performance. The entrepreneurial commitment acted as an intervening variable and mediated the relationship between workforce recruitment and entrepreneurial performance (Fully Mediated). The entrepreneurial commitment did not act as an intervening variable and did not mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial training and Entrepreneurial performance (Partially Mediated). The entrepreneurial commitment did not act as an intervening variable and did not mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance. The entrepreneurial commitment did not act as an intervening variable and did not mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance (Partially Mediated). The entrepreneurial commitment did not act as an intervening variable and did not mediate the relationship between organizational innovation and entrepreneurial performance (Non-Mediated).
