       This script is  written by the tittle Teaching Reading  by Using Numbered Head Together for Junior High  School Student. The method used in this study is library research.  The objective of this study is to look at some given data from the statements and/or theories suggested by the specialists related to the Cooperative Learning especially Numbered Head Together. Numbered Head Together is one of tehniques  in cooperative  learning, focuses on special structural in making students' interaction pattern and to improving academic ability in reading skill. Besides, the writer collect the data/references from website on the internet. The study found that using Numbered  Head  Together can  help  students  to be  able  to  use  the  target language communicatively in reading. Besides, Numbered Head Together pays the most attention to reading and oral skills.  The results of this study can be used as a treatment model in learning Reading.&#13;
