ABSTRAK Analisis Determinan Pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Sebelum dan Sesudah Pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Banda Aceh Oleh : Anhar NPM. 1101201010007 Pembimbing 1 : Dr. Muhammad Nasir, S.E., M.Si., MA Pembimbing 2 : Dr. Chenny Seftarita, S.E., M.Si Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal kerja, jumlah tenaga kerja, jumlah jam kerja dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Banda Aceh serta melihat perbedaan pendapatan sebelum dan sesudah Covid-19 di kota Banda Aceh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dari lapangan.Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan mengambil 100 responden dari total populasi usaha mikro kecil menengah yang tersebar di Kecamatan se-Kota Banda Aceh. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linier berganda (multiple linear regression) dan menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Koefisien Determinasi (R²) menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel seperti modal kerja, jumlah tenaga kerja, jumlah jam kerja dan tingkat pendidikan dapat menjelaskan semua variasi dalam pendapatan yang diterima oleh pengusaha mikro kecil menengah sebelum Covid-19 sebesar 85,1 persen dan sesudah Covid-19 sebesar 84,9 persen sementara 14,1 sebelum dan 15,1 persen sesudah tidak dijelaskan didalam model. Kemudian uji serempak (F Test) menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independent dapat mempengaruhi variabel terikat (Dependent variable) secara signifikan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal kerja dan jumlah jam kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan yang diterima oleh pengusaha mikro kecil menengah sementara untuk vaiabel jumlah tenaga kerja sebelum Covid-19 dan tingkat pendidikan sebelum dan sesudah Covid-19 tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan pengusaha mikro kecil menengah serta hasil uji beda terdapat perbedaan pendapatan sebelum dan sesudah Covid-19 di kota Banda Aceh. The sampling method used was a simple random sample of 100 respondents from the total population of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the Banda Aceh region. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression and uses the ordinary least squares (OLS) method. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that all variables such as working capital, number of employees, number of working hours, and education level can explain 85.1 percent of the unexplained income fluctuation model of the small, medium, and micro-entrepreneurs before and after Covid19, 84.9 percent, and 14.1 before And 15.1 percent afterward. Then the simultaneous test (F test) shows that all independent variables can significantly affect the dependent variable. The results show that working capital and working hours variables significantly affect the income of small, medium, and micro-entrepreneurs, while the number of employees before Covid19 and the education level variables before and after Covid19 have no significant effect. Has a significant impact on the income of small and micro business owners. Average and different test results, there are differences in the income of Banda Aceh before and after Covid19.
