Pemanfaatan radiasi sinar-X sering digunakan untuk pencitraan diagnostik dalam&#13;
bidang medis sehingga perlu mematuhi ketentuan keselamatan kerja untuk&#13;
menghindari paparan yang mengakibatkan terjadinya radikal bebas, kerusakan pada&#13;
DNA, dan penurunan produksi sel-sel darah pada manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan &#13;
mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh paparan radiasi sinar-X terhadap jumlah&#13;
eritrosit dan kadar hemoglobin mencit. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengujian&#13;
eksperimen dengan rancangan acak lengkap, terdiri atas 6 perlakuan tegangan tabung&#13;
sinar-X yang berbeda yaitu 0, 45 kV, 55 kV,  65 kV, 75 kv dan 85 kV. Jarak&#13;
penyinaran dari tabung ke objek yaitu 100 cm dengan waktu penyinarannya 5 detik,&#13;
serta dengan arus tetap yaitu 20 mAs. Setiap perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Data jumlah&#13;
eritrosit dan kadar hemoglobin dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analysis of variance&#13;
(ANOVA) taraf signifikan 5% dengan uji Duncan sebagai uji lanjut. Hasil pengujian&#13;
yang diperoleh berupa paparan radiasi sinar-X berpengaruh terhadap jumlah eritrosit.&#13;
Dosis radiasi sinar-X sebesar 447.2 ????Gy pada tegangan 75 kV telah mengakibatkan&#13;
penurunan jumlah eritrosit tertinggi pada mencit kelompok D sebesar 4.55 x 10&#13;

. Paparan radiasi sinar-X tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar hemoglobin.&#13;
Dosis radiasi sinar-X sebesar 447.2 ????Gy pada tegangan 75 kV dan dosis sinar-X&#13;
sebesar 645 ????Gy pada tegangan 85 kV telah mengakibatkan penurunan kadar&#13;
hemoglobin pada mencit kelompok D dan E sebesar 14.4 g/dL dan 13.2 g/dL.&#13;
Persentase selisih terkecil dari dosis radiasi sinar-X menggunakan X-Ray multimeter&#13;
dengan perhitungan dosis secara analitik sebesar 1.76 % pada tegangan 85 kV. Dapat&#13;
disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi dosis yang diberikan maka akan menurunkan&#13;
jumlah eritrosit.  &#13;

ABSTRACT &#13;

 &#13;
The use of X-ray radiation is often used for diagnostic imaging in the medical field,&#13;
so it is necessary to comply with occupational safety regulations to avoid exposure&#13;
that results in free radicals, damage to DNA, and decreased production of blood cells&#13;
in humans. This study aims to determine how much influence X-ray radiation&#13;
exposure has on the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin levels of mice. The&#13;
method used was experimental testing with a completely randomized design,&#13;
consisting of 6 different X-ray tube stress treatments, namely 0, 45 kV, 55 kV, 65&#13;
kV, 75 kV and 85 kV. The irradiation distance from the tube to the object is 100 cm&#13;
with a irradiation time of 5 seconds, and with a constant current of 20 mAs. Each&#13;
treatment was repeated 3 times. Data on the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin&#13;
levels were analyzed using Analysis of variance (ANOVA) with a significant level of&#13;
5% with the Duncan test as a follow-up test. The test results obtained in the form of&#13;
exposure to X-ray radiation have an effect on the number of erythrocytes. The X-ray&#13;
radiation dose of 447.2 ?Gy at a voltage of 75 kV has resulted in a decrease in the&#13;
highest number of erythrocytes in group D mice by 4.55 x 106 / mm3. Exposure to&#13;
X-ray radiation had no significant effect on hemoglobin levels. The X-ray radiation&#13;
dose of 447.2 ?Gy at a voltage of 75 kV and an X-ray dose of 645 ?Gy at a voltage&#13;
of 85 kV had resulted in a decrease in hemoglobin levels in group D and E mice by&#13;
14.4 g / dL and 13.2 g / dL. The smallest percentage difference from the dose of Xray&#13;
radiation&#13;
