This study aims to examine the impact of the use of information technology in the form of a Regional Information Management System (RIMS) and a Cash Management System (CMS) on the Regional Government Performance (RGB) directly and indirectly through the role of government employee performance. A total of 150 employees were sampled, especially those in charge of managing and using the regional management information system and Cash Management System. Hypothesis testing is done by using structural equation modeling. We find that local management information systems and Cash Management System s provide positive and significant support to SKPK performance both directly and indirectly through employee performance. Meanwhile, the employee's own performance also contributes positively and significantly to RGB. We offer contributions to the field of Human Resource Management (HR) on the use of management information systems in the form of RIMS and CMS to improve the performance of government employee performance and government organizations.&#13;

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak dari penggunaan teknologi informasi berupa sistem informasi manajemen daerah (SIMDA) dan Cash Management System  terhadap kinerja Satuan Kerja Perangkat Kabupaten (SKPK) secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui peranan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan pemerintahan. Sebanyak 150 orang pegawai dijadikan sampel khususnya mereka yang bertugas mengelola dan menggunakan sistem informasi manajemen daerah  dan cash management system. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan structural equation modeling. Ditemukan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen daerah dan cash management system memberikan dukungan positif dan signifikan pada kinerja SKPK baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kinerja pegawai. Sementara kinerja pegawai sendiri juga ikut memberikan kontribusi positif dan signifikan pada kinerja SKPK. Kami menawarkan kontribusi pada bidang ilmu Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) tentang penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen berupa SIMDA dan CMS untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan kinerja organisasi pemerintahan.&#13;
